is this returnable? it is to big and won't get the ball out with the new rule of not taking the pin out of the hole for putting

There is no rule to leave the flagstick in. The new rule gives you the option to putt with the flagstick in.

Is there any way to attach these to superstroke putter grips? they come with aluminum caps with a hex bit

I am not familiar with any aluminum caps on Superstroke Putter Grips.....but, I screwed my ball pickup into top of Putter Grip, and used Gorilla Glue. Do NOT get a ball pickup that had hard flaps, and they will break off--
