Excellence Creme Hair Color, 6A Light Ash Brown

I ordered 4 boxes & they came late, i was disheartened, however when they came i was very surprised, it covered my copper hair dye and looks and feels great, no runs or mess in the bathroom and i only needed to use 2 boxes this time so coverage is great, i hated the smell while applying, but it soon go's when you wash and the shampoo an conditioner is very refreshing, my hair is glossy and healthy, my new go to hair dye for sure.

I was looking for an ashy brown colour to Cover the greys. The colour left my hair soft but a horrible red hue, will not buy again

I really liked that the seller called me and asked me to review the product if I liked it - I forgot, took ages, and here I am, finally. This is exactly what I was looking for. For reference, I have fine dark brown hair - and 30 mins of this (exactly 30 or even less) - and my hair gets an ashy brown hue. Not like the model's hair color on the box - i'm guessing that's what you'll get if you have white hair. Desperately needed this as most Indian hair colors (even Loreal products that are made for the Indian market) have a red undertone that is hideous on my skin tone. This was perfect. I really hope the seller keeps selling it.

Very bad product don't buy . my hair has damaged hairfall has started.. And aslo they gave me wrong colour which i was ordered..Very disappoint.

I bought two boxes, because I have thick long hair. I got this color Light Ash Brown, because my natural hair color is a light brown with gold highlights, and thought this would work. Two stylists messed up my color in before pic and after is the box dye. Not the right color nor what I wanted, however it did make my hair more even colored/less orange. Even with two boxes, sectioning and brushing through the color, there are still a lot of missed spots, but I am not sure if that was me or because my hair is different colors. I took a long time hitting every spot and waited a full 30 minutes before showering. I don’t normally buy this brand because the chemical smell is terrible, however even with my sensitive skin I did not react at all. I like that they give a lot of conditioner plus shampoo in the tubes. My hair feels softer and fluffier. I won’t buy this color again, but it’s not terrible. I might try this brand again in the future, but a different color. Hope this helps.
