Weed Stop For Lawns Concentrate 40 Ounces, 6 Pack

I still have my dad's vintage glass bottle from the 1950s to dilute the concentrate. This product has been effective with near total weed eradication after only three years at a new residence. It was a 'weedy' nightmare to begin. Thank you!

this is pre-emergent safe for grass - it goes on before the weed comes up. it doesn't do great job "killing weeds", but does kill some (others temporarily receed) nothing kills noxious weeds even surface sprayed grass killer will not, that's why their called noxious it is best done with a hose so the solution reaches the root (also it can kill some weeds already up better that way) if you have left over from last year it still works scotts weed and feed (great product to prevent grabgrass - but also not perfect) should also be used

The spectracide weed killer concentrate is quite effective. This season, for some odd reason had helped in growth of crab grass extensively, so in no time crab grass flourished all over the neighborhood. I had used this product several times since last year and it was keeping weeds from over growing, but then all of a sudden since my last treatment, the growth of crab grass occurred, and I think because a day or two after its use, rains came and washed it away, or probably saturated its effects. I usually use a spray with my water hose and spray on, it's easy and quick. But I may be wrong but do not have the time or energy to spray with a bottle.

$60 is hefty money but the product really lasts. I bought the 6 pack and I've got almost an acre of land to cover. Half a bottle took care of one treatment and the other half will handle the second one. I will only need 2 per year, so that means I've got a supply for 3 more years. Under those conditions, that $60 goes a long way assuming the product doesn't expire. I've heaped praises on the effectiveness of this brand on the spray bottle page and there are no changes here. I love how well it works. I have never seen results in "hours," but surely within days of application. I just reuse the same sprayer from last year over and over again, refilling with these bottles. A couple days later, I'm seeing yellowed weeds and, in some cases, dead ones shriveled up. I'm loyal to this brand. These guys rock. Best, A.

I can't tell you whether it works or not yet, but the dilution instructions are ridiculously complex. Requires you to know exactly what weeds you have, and your lawn type. You have to be both a botanist and a chemist to get it right. In the end, it's much easier to use a pre-mixed solution than this. I wish I hadn't bought this.

No more waiting weeks for weeds to die. The weeds in our yard literally disintegrated in less than 5 days. This product works so well and is so easy to apply that we no longer use a lawn service. We have a large lawn. We use a hose with a lawn sprayer, spray just the weeds and poof, they are gone. It’s economical for you only use 2 ounces. The best product ever for the southeast.
