About how much should be used for a foot soak? No directions were on packaging.

I emailed the seller via Amazon "contact the seller" link. The response to your and my question is, "1/8 to 1/4 cup to start and if a more aromatic session is preferred, add a little more." I think it also depends how much water in the foot bath. But from 1/8 to 1/4 to 1/2 should be adequate for most foot bath units. Start low and experiment a little.

can I use in my bath?

The package says for use in the bath, foot bath or shower. I use it in my foot bath so can offer little more than that.

Does it help with bruised toes?

It hasn’t helped me at all. It does smell nice…that’s about it.

Foot soak

I had many surgeries on both of my feet. It's been painful to walk and my feet will become very sore by end of the day. My massage therapist recommended using a foot soak. I ordered the circulation foot soak and have been soaking my feet for 2 weeks. It's has help my soreness and able to walk better without stiffness. It even help soften my feet. I will continue to soak my feet. I would recommend this product.
