How can I use this cream please

There is a vaginal applicator and a large tube of the cream in the package. The applicator fits on the the end of the tube. Before you use the applicator, play with it in your hands. Move the 2 pieces back and forth and become familiar with the applicator. The end of the applicator will screw into the open end of the tube of cream. Squeeze the cream into the applicator until it is almost full, remove the applicator form the tube and place the tube into your vagina (almost till the end of the applicator, but not so far that you can`t push the plunger) and push the cream into your vagina. Lay on your back to do this and apply the cream right before bed. Wash the applicator with hot water and a little soap between each use. Wash your hands before and after inserting the cream. If you have a lot of itching on the outside of the vagina there is enough cream to place a a small amount on the outside of your vagina every day. Do the full 7 day treatment because the yeast comes back easily. I hope this helps!
