Product and packaging were nice.Products that arrive with screws, bits, and will become increasingly more popular.Clear instructions and Awesome app and presentation. You'll find that normal traffic in and out of your house will put several motion alerts on your app. Like emails, there should be a quick way to mass delete these alerts after they pile up over a few days. Product works awesome so far. Love it.

My rationale for purchasing a "smart doorbell" was to be able to remotely monitor my porch, and receive and respond to notifications (whether by motion detection or someone manually depressing the button). The hardware seems to function properly (i.e. I can see activity via the camera, and pressing the doorbell button does produce the expected chime from the indoor receiver), but the (android) application is useless. I rarely receive any notification of any activity via the app (whether I'm on the home WiFi, or on 4g or other WiFi when I'm away from home). On the very rare instance when I actually do receive a notification (only on the home WiFi; never on a "remote" network), the delay/lag between the activity and the notification renders the notification useless. This defeats the purpose of having the device. I really believe if Wobell improved the app, they'd have a winning product (perhaps even worthy of a 5 star rating), but as it stands, it is essentially useless. I plan to return the device.

I was going to wait until I had it for a year before reviewing but...mine broke completely yesterday after about 6 months. I bought it Dec 28th. I say completely because the doorbell worked fine for about 2 months. It had some lag and I never received a notification when someone rang it, but I was able to view outside whenever and look at motion detection pics that were saved. Then about 2 months ago, I wasn't able to view those anymore. The app would not let me. I couldn't see who was at my door anymore either. So, for the last 2 months it was just a fancy doorbell. Yesterday, it died completely. Doesn't even ring, or light up. Power is supplied to it and works, the unit is just toast. Was it worth the $30? I guess.. but now I'm without a doorbell until I buy another.

The pieces that came with it did not work. The door bell itself would not work after all the wires were done being hooked together the best way possible. Also the description said that it didn’t come with a certain battery and after receiving the product, it didn’t need the type of battery it called for so again the description of this product is not correct.

Easy to install, great video, great picture and I can’t believe the price! Buying one for my friend too.

Recieved it yesterday and installed it this morning. Setup was simple and straightforward. This review is based off of me playing with it since I have installed it but so far I'm very impressed. The video quality if very good, 2 way communication works very well and the app though simple is effective. For the price this cant be beat.

I would give it 2 stars, but since the product was packed very nice and protected I gave it 3. The doorbell button doesn’t call your phone, I have all the settings proper does exactly what the manual explained, I get no notifications whatsoever I’ve already missed an important person coming to my door because it did not ring to my phone. So I am returning it. Improve the app make it so it does work and I would consider buying it again!

I have had this product for several months now and not once has it worked as it says it should. if the camera view works, it can save to sd card, which sd card option has never worked. then every so often it disconnects and cannot reconnect unless i reset the whole thing... i have done this numerous times, and im at the point that it was a mistake buying this doorbell should of gone with ring in the first place. the idea of having this video doorbell is because i am rarely home and live out in rural area so figured this would be a way to keep tabs. Again i would not recommend this video doorbell
