What an amazing printer for such a cheap price. This was really easy to set up, just install an app on your phone, plug in the printer and the app takes you right through the quick and easy set up. Couldn't be simpler. Also, the instant ink option is brilliant. I highly recommend it. I suggest go for the 300 page plan at first for your 2 free months. Then put in code BMMRt for an extra month, then code FREEINK for another month free. That's a total of 4 free months of 300 pages per month. It is so quick and easy to change your plan too so you can cancel or change plan before you are charged at the end of your trial. ... and did I mention what a fantastic little printer it is :)

It is solid, easy to use and the HP Smart programme really helps.The speed is what you would expect for a printer of this price. I also have a lot of experience with the 3930 series and I can say this is much better in terms of quality, especially with the lack of flimsy plastic that burdens the 3830 series. All in all, a great product. My only issue is how it can often change its IP address once turned off, which is a big burden having to reconnect to my computer. I understand there is a workaround but HP should have released a quick fix.

I am very confused by the hate on this device, we found it very easy to set up as all instructions are provided and you just need to enter your WiFi code, and install an app to your phone. You can either print wirelessly from your device (we found no issues, besides some formatting, but that was user not system error) or via the app which allows you to format prints etc. The paper tray is internal which is a relief as having a toddler becomes a nightmare, they love paper! The one thing that I like most about this printer is the ink, no longer am I continually getting rinsed by excessive toner cartridges, we got 6 months free ink and then after you simply sign up to a plan from :- 15 pages free, 50 pages £1.99, 100 pages £3.49, 300 pages £7.99 or 700 pages for £17.99 per month. All work out cheaper than buying off the shelf ink, it simply sends you ink when you require it, easy peasy. I fully recommend this for a lower end printer if you have school kids and continually printing off coursework, and the images are not too bad either. Ok the photo's are not quite perfect, but what do you expect from a lower end printer?

The printer itself is not too big and looks good. The paper sits in a tray underneath which keeps it very neat. It can print double-sided, borderless, and the print quality is decent for the price. Installation was easy. I was a bit worried about the WiFi connection given many complaints from other reviewers. I've been using this now for a couple of months and haven't had any issues, we've printed easily from phones, tablets and laptops over WiFi. So easy and no cables! The HP ink subscription is optional. We have low usage so opted for the free subscription which allows you to print 15 pages per month FREE for the lifetime of the printer! Further pages are charged at 1 pound for ten pages. Hp send the ink cartridges in the post before you run out. There are other subscription levels depending on your use. All in all I'd say its very convenient and value for money. Highly recommend!

The HP Envy 5010 is the best printer I think I have ever purchased in my life, It has everything you need for a casual to moderate user. setting up is as easy as installing an app and turning the printer on and following the instructions, after installing the cartridges and aligning the printer your good to go. I received 6 months of instant ink with this printer (offer came with purchase) which was 2 months of instant ink at 300 pages per month then the 4 months were given extra in the form of £8.00 prepaid onto my HP account which is for the £1.99 subscription of 50 pages per month. depending on the usage it would be beneficial to use the promotion of instant ink and then cancel the subscription after and purchase your own ink (it takes 304 or 304XL). printer quality is great for this printer the lines are clean and no blurring or pixellating of the larger words, I have yet to try photo paper with this printer but I'm sure the quality will also be great.

Excellent so far and very impressed by the two sided printing. As for the instant ink trial, I ran out of ink last Wednesday and the printer ordered ink itself but here I am the weekend without any ink and therefore unable to print. If I don't get replacement cartridges in post early next week, I will have to go and buy replacement cartridges at shop prices, so reserve my opinion on this trial. Other than this and with one paper jam which was easy to clear, I am impressed with it. Does seem a bit delicate but time will tell. Update: now a week and no ink replacement even though registered and gave debit card details. Phoned and spoke to difficult to understand non-English person who took details and phone number yesterday and promised I would get call back same day but this not received. Far from impressed by hp instant ink.

Antes de Nada: Cuando os registreis en el servicio Instant INK de HP podéis usar este CUPÓN para que os regalen un mes de servicio GRATUITO: vzm2m -------------------------------------------------- Mi padre se compró esta impresora hace poco y se la estuve Configurando y Probando, tenía antes una HP bastante más grande y daba algunos problemas importantes, además del lío de comprar los toners de tinta y lo caros que salían. Decidimos tirar en concreto por la 5010 por que salía en ese momento 15 euros más barata y comparada con la 5030 imprime un poco más despacio (que a mi me daba lo mismo por 15 euros), nada más, es la única diferencia (cualquiera de las dos es una buena opción). La verdad es que después de un uso intensivo (Imprimiendo documentos a doble cara, a color, incluso fotografías) puedo decir que es una impresora que funciona muy bien. Antes ibamos al Kodak a imprimir fotografías, pero ahora con un paquete de papel fotográfico y esta impresora estamos contentísimos, de hecho el color se ve muchísimo mejor (en las máquinas de por ahí se baja mucho la saturación). Además con el servicio ese de Instant INK te mandan los cartuchos automaticamente antes de que se te acaben y no sale mucho más caro (algo sí). No obstante a los de HP solo les importa en Nª de fotocopias, pero les da igual que uses la impresora para imprimir a todo color o en BN (supongo que esto dejará de ser rentable a la larga, pero mientras tanto aprovechemos jeje). Por ponerne una pega la aplicación que recomienda es un poco limitada en algunos sentidos, ya que hay veces que hemos tenido que girar 90º la fotografía digitalmente para que la pudiera imprimir bien, pero por lo demás contentísimos. Compra muy recomendada, en las fotos que tenéis más arriba podéis ver documentos que hemos impreso con ella y fotografías (y ojo, no era papel fotográfico de HP, creo que era de otra marca, Epson). PD: No te olvides de lo del código, a mi me fue bien y de hecho mi padre consiguió dos meses de Instant INK gratis. vzm2m PROS: - Imprime muy rápido y automáticamente a doble cara (no como otras que hay que darlas la vuelta a mano y volver a meterlas en la bandeja). - Las fotos se ven genial y los documentos también (ojo, hay que comprar el papel fotográfico). - Imprime en muchos tipos de papel y tamaños, incluso un modo sin contornos, una pasada. - Con el servicio que ofrecen te envian los cartuchos a casa, es muy cómodo. CONTRAS - La configuración es mejor hacerla desde la pantalla de la impresora, esto es algo que los de HP no han puesto en sus manuales, solo te dan una url de una web. - La app que recomiendan les falta pulirla un poco. Der HP ENVY 5010 ist ein solider Multifunktionsdrucker für den privaten Gebrauch. Er bietet alle wichtigen Funktionen: drucken, scannen, kopieren – und das alles kabellos per WLAN oder AirPrint. Die Einrichtung ging relativ schnell, besonders mit der HP Smart App, die auch gut durch den Prozess führt. Die Druckqualität ist für Dokumente und einfache Farbdrucke absolut in Ordnung. Für Fotos reicht es ebenfalls, wenn auch nicht auf Profi-Niveau. Praktisch: Die ersten 2 Monate Instant Ink sind inklusive – das Abo-Modell ist bequem, aber nichts für jeden. Wer wenig druckt, sollte genau auf den passenden Tarif achten. Kleine Abzüge gibt es für das etwas laute Druckgeräusch und die gelegentlich langsame Verbindung bei WLAN-Drucken. Auch der Papiereinzug könnte etwas stabiler wirken. Insgesamt aber ein guter, preiswerter Drucker mit moderner Ausstattung – ideal für den Heimgebrauch.

Nunca he tenido necesidad de tener impresora en casa, pero con el tema de la cuarentena y los trabajos que le envían a mi hijo desde el colegio, se convirtió en una necesidad. Me decidí por este modelo por la calidad de la marca, el precio y las buenas opiniones. Además con 6 meses gratis de instant ink. También porque quería que tuviese la opción de impresión sin cables, impresión desde el móvil, duplex para impresión automática a doble cara y, ya puestos, escáner. La impresora era de las pocas que cumplía con todas las condiciones dentro del rango de precios que manejaba. Además, era de las más pequeñas y ha permitido que la tengamos escondida en un cajón en el que no creí que me fuese a entrar ninguna que cumpliese con todos los requisitos. De momento muy contento con la impresora. La calidad es buena en impresión normal y, aunque en impresión fotográfica sólo la he probado sobre papel normal, también promete buena calidad. El servicio instant ink de momento un acierto. Ya me han enviado 2 juegos de cartuchos de tinta y siempre antes de que me hagan falta. Habrá que ver si merece la pena una vez terminado el periodo de prueba gratuito. Instant ink permite una suscripción de 15 páginas gratis al mes. Si no fuese por la situación actual, hubiese elegido esa, porque me parece que está muy bien para quien tenga necesidades puntuales de impresión. El problema es que si activas una prueba gratis, como la mía de 6 meses, durante esos 6 meses puedo imprimir hasta 700 páginas al mes, pero una vez que se termine, hp no permite acogerse a la suscripción de 15 páginas gratis al mes. Al ritmo que llevo en gasto de cartuchos, voy a amortizar pronto el servicio instant ink y el precio de la impresora. La recomiendo por el precio, la calidad de construcción e impresión, el acertado diseño y la facilidad de uso.
