Superb for cleaning fires and BBQ’s. Easy to put together, clean and dismantle. Strong and well made.

This has been a godsend for me still recovering from a critical illness and finding it too much effort to clean out my multi fuel stove. I sit on a little stool, hoover it out, take the hose off, carry it out to my appropriate wheely bin, take top off, bang filter against the inside of the bin, and then tip the contents into said bin - takes 2 minutes to do. If it's raining I only do the filter. I then store bin and hose into the bottom of my largest understairs pull out cupboard which is easy to do as the hoover is so lightweight. I have the 20 L hoover and love it!

Wish I had bought one of these years ago. So good for cleaning out multi stove. Only one thing I would have liked is a smaller attachment with longer reach to get into nooks and crannies. Bit messy to clean out filter but if done each time it’s used and taken outside it’s not too bad.

Bought this to help with fire, have a doggy knee. Easy to use and suction good enough.

Purchased this "ash vacuum" to clear the ash from my wood burning stove.Looks nice, appears to have good suction but as soon as I vacumed up the ash the filter became blocked.After taking the vacuum cleaner and the filter outside and cleaning it I tried again but again the filter immediately blocked.This appeaoto be a nice powerful cleaner but it is definitely MOT an "ash cleaner". It could also benefit from having a longer hose attachment.I will have to return mine as it is not fit for it's intended use as an "ash vacuum cleaner".

Delivered very quickly and item was as expected and does the job well

It works well enough but blocks quite easily.It loses suction when only 20% full due to the additional cloth filter protecting the second filter. It exhausts vertically and can catch you out; it would be better if it had a u pipe and exhausted downwards. It should have a better means of securing the hose when not in use.

I normally use a dust pan and brush, which probably explains why my wife moans the living room is very dusty after I’ve clean the fireplace. Well since using this it’s totally solved that problem. Totally recommend using the cage bit over the nozzle, sucks up the ash beautifully and stops bigger bits going into vac. You just pull this off by hand. I think the key to making it last will be regular cleaning of the two filters (recommend doing this outdoors)
