Beck/Arnley Brake Master Cylinder - 072-2694

Used it on my 1959 Volvo to convert from single to dual circuit brakes.

exact replacement for original equipment. Bled easy enough. Works...what more could you want?! Packaged good also.

Has sealed properly but still working brake issues

I expected more from Beck-Arnley, especially since this unit is at the upper end of the price range for this part. It seems like a decent functional replacement, but as the other reviewer pointed out, the caps are in fact plastic, and the white plastic reservoirs have that cheap look and feel to them. Also, you don't get the mesh filter baskets for the fluid. Looking back at the catch-all disclaimer (Note: Beck Arnley partners with other manufacturers to supply the parts your car was originally built with. This product is in a Beck Arnley package, however the part may have been manufactured by an independent Beck Arnley supplier), I'm fairly certain these are all made by one company and we're just paying for the brand.

Didnt fit

I assumed it would come with the metal caps (as stock on the 240/260/280Z), but it comes with the plastic caps of cheaper models. Amazon was able to refund the difference between this and the cheaper model.
