This 3-disc set is a valuable training tool, especially for people new to the sales industry, especially "soft sales." That said, the principles taught can be applied to other areas of life such as how to meet people if you've moved into a new community. Very clear presentation despite the fact that it's obvious that the this is a live presentation that included writing on a board for the audience to see.Excellent tool, even in a therapeutic setting.Barbara B Wilson, LCSW
