F5 40,000-Gallon Countertop Water Filter, Black Finish

I highly recommend this filter system! It is easy to install & provides fabulously filtered & tasting water, even in my area with a high mineral content from river sourced water in Boise, Idaho. An enormous amount of clean water & no need to change the filter.

LOVE these! Water tastes good and replaces all the filters you need for other models. You get SO much more filtering for less money, since you avoid buying new filters constantly. Easy to set up and use, and it doesn't get in the way, like the ones that hang under and on the faucets.

This is the 3rd time I've purchased this brand of countertop filter. Seems the price of thise filters has skyrocketed now, but I really needed to replace the one I had, so I paid the price. The last one we had lasted about 3 - 4 years. Very cost efficient filter. Something wrong with the high pricing though.

I like the convenience of not having to run out of filters. Have had this a few months. Easy to install. The only problem I am having now is taste and the nozzle switch causing dripping. I have to be honest and disclose that I am going through treatment which does alter my taste, but I need my daily water. I find it's best to let it run through the filter a few seconds then I can always add lemon. Over time when the lever is turned to the off position I started to notice that my hot water was dripping through the filter spout. Not sure if I received a faulty connector or if this just happens due to water pressure over time. Overall, it's saving us on replacement filters. My review on taste would be that it simply tastes like you ran the water through a coffee filter. I like to add lemon to hide this, but then again, that's just me.

I have used these water filters for over 15 years, and love them. Easy to hook up and no filter changes make it a dream to use and very cost effective. I ordered the black one this time. This is my 3rd as they last so long.

I’ve only had this product for about 3 months. The taste was a little bit off at first, but i followed to instructions of letting it run & ensuring warm-hot water never filtered through. Its now spitting out the carbon from the filter. It stopped running smoothly & now only drips when you try to filter water. When you finally fill up your pitcher, you see all the black at the bottom of the pitcher. Waste of money & not worth it.

The tap water in our town is terrible. You can smell the chemicals fresh from the tap. This filter is wonderfully effective. Smelling the water from the tap vs. through the filter is distinctly different. No odor of chemicals at all from the filtered water. Side benefit is that our coffee tastes so much better. This is our second filter and has been improved to 40.000 gallons. Delivered promptly and very easy to install.

The only downside to this product no refill filter
