Great concept. Poor construction
Great concept. Poor construction. It worked great for my son.....for the 2 days it actually worked. The company refused to send a replacement until we tried changing the battery. We did, it cost 20$. The watch then worked for 20 minutes. The company then sent me a replacement, but would not refund me for the battery. The 2nd watch we got worked for a few hours before it died. Then I just asked for my money back. It's a shame because it greatly helped us but is just not worth it

Damaged easily by 6 year old grandson
Was good all of two weeks. Did not hold up to my grandson. Face cracked and damaged display so could not be fixed.

not durable
the watch itself with the alarms works fine, but the wrist band broke and tore off the watch making it useless.

Not child friendly!
This item is marketed as a children's watch. That said, I expected a simple watch with alarm (vibrating and sound). It took me nearly an hour to set it up the features needed. The numerous features are great if you need ALL of them, but far too complicated for a small child to manage. (And if she erroneously presses one of the four buttons to reset something, it's back to the directions for resetting it!) this is NOT a child friendly item at all, although it is working fine.At $40, I expected more.

Too complicated, not for kids
Horrible. It didn't come with instructions and I've had three friends look at it and we can't figure out how to make the alarms stop! I have been meaning to return it or try to find instructions online but a watch should not be this much trouble. The set and clear buttons should do what they say but they don't. This is not the right watch for a 6-year-old. If we can figure out how to cancel the alarms, my son might wear it sometimes.

Ok watch way too many steps to set
Cool watch, however it was a little complicated to set. For some reason we could never turn the alarm off even after pushing set/stop button. I really just wanted something simple. Buttons hard to push and watch alarm writing so tiny could hardly read. After going thru all gazillion steps was able to set alarms but not something I could do again a week later without all instructions.

The display stop working
The display only shows partial numbers after two weeks. It is difficult to program. The button lock doesn't work very well.
