I had the same issues other customers referenced in their reviews and questions. Warning other buyers that if you also receive a defective unit, be careful when it comes to returning it. I've used Amazon for many, many years, this is the first time I've had them refuse a return within the standard 30 day window, demanding photo documentation for what is in truth a design or manufacturing defect. I wish you luck if you encounter the same robotic, automated customer service workflow where you get the same canned responses and your responses aren't apparently read?The unit I received doesn't work on batteries, I swapped out for multiple new sets of batteries and had the same result - the unit runs for a couple of seconds and then just stop. When switching over to the power cord it will run, but then vaporization is very poor and it will leak through the mask opening if you're not super careful with it. Also should mention that it comes with a face mask attachment, however the connection between the mask in the unit isn't tight enough, so if you try to let the mask hold itself it'll just fall out. If you're encounter this after using a conventional nebulizer you'll be greatly disappointed.

Amazing product for an infant, compared to the huge plugin nebulizer we have this is a sleep saver, super quiet and does it’s job. But one drop onto my hardwood floor by the kid and the battery compartment door broke off, that is the weak link in this product. That battery door is not designed to last long. Unfortunate end to an otherwise good one. Have to take out one star from this excellent device because of that!!

I gave this 5 stars on every thing except portability. And 4 stars for that only because the “carry” bag that you give with the product is pretty cheap. It holds the main device but that’s basically it. It won’t hold a mask for sure. Might be able to fit the mouth piece in. But I gave 5 stars overall. It’s pretty quiet, dispensed with our medicine pretty fast, it’s small and is perfect for travel. The Instructions were worded a bit strange, but we got the gist. We have to use it for the next several weeks so will update it if anything goes wrong.

The cord for plugging it in is very cheap the sun, moon and stars have to be perfectly aligned for it to work properly. You have to hold the cord after you find the right position or it will not work. This is my 5th unit and the cord quality has been an issue with all of them. I am also not a fan of the cheap battery compartment clasp. You will find in a very short amount of time that you will have to duct tape the battery cover closed or the unit will not work because the lock is not strong enough to hold the batteries in place.

I was skeptical about buying this product even after reading all the reviews but soooo happy I did . This product is the "quietest" handheld I have ever purchased. I use this more than I do the noisy nebulizer machine I received through my doctor . If you have any doubts about purchasing this product...don't . It is WELL WORTH the price, so easy to use as well as extremely quite and lightweight. I love this so much that I will be buying another just to have around in case something happens to the one I have . As I said before I am soooo happy I went ahead a gambled on this one ...😊.

Ordering this handheld nebulizer was a great decision! I have asthma and need to often use a nebulizer to help regulate my breathing. I’m used to having to lug around my machine that has to be plugged into a power source to work. This one fits right in the palm of my hand and is easy to store in the bag that came with it for east access. It also can be charged or powered with AA batteries. I also love how easy this thing is to clean. If you have a need for a nebulizer I would definitely recommend purchasing this one.
