My dad has stage 2 Parkinsons. He is starting to shake pretty good. The weighted silverware are a game changer. He can eat a lot easier now and not get near as frustrated. Highly recommend!!

Got this for my dad (he has really bad tremors) and he said they have definitely helped made certain foods easier to eat! Definelty heavier than normal silverware, but got used to it quickly. Came in a nice case and the sizing of everything was about the same as everyday silverware (just a little thicker at the base that’s in your hand). Great quality and easy to use!

This weighted silverware set is beautiful and functional. I purchased these utensils for my husband with essential tremors. They are made with quality materials, durable, and thick enough for hands that would otherwise have trouble grasping a more slender handle. And did I mention they are beautiful? They would give the finest silversmith a run for the money! This set is impressive and worth paying a bit more for. My husband likes them very much- and you will too!

Weighted Flatware is a blessing. Reduce hand tumors to a manageable level. Was missing the travel pouch, but customer service responded quickly and made it right. Very pleased with the flatware, and customer service.

Update 12/14/25, One month later: These utensils are only helpful when he remembers how to use them. I'm no sure if it is the bulky base that throws him off, but on days his brain isn't working (part of his type of dementia is that his brain can't process how to do things), he doesn't know how to hold it/use it and has to use a regular spoon instead. He can use a normal spoon no problem, but not this one. Original Review: Got this for my dad who has Lewy Body Dementia. The weighted handle helps him keep his grip on it much better. They seem sturdy and the metal part seems like high quality. We only use the fork and spoon for safety reasons so not sure how well the knife works. We paired this with a bowl and plate set designed for Dementia patients and we haven't had any spills or dropped utensils in the few days we've had this product. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this cutlery set. I have a tremor and it really is Surprising how much the added weight helps .

My husband is losing the use of his arms and hands and this set has the only fork that he can use to allow him independence. The utensil handles are not round but flatter and this is what allows my husband to use the fork effectively. We have tried others and this is the only one that works for him. I bought a second set just to have a second fork on hand. This set came very quickly and in a nice carrying case. Highly recommended!
