Black and Green Extra Virgin Cold Press Multipurpose Avocado Cooking Oil Bottle (250 ml)

I was introduced to Avocado Oil through a friend's recommendation, who had tried it before and stands by its many benefits. Being a heart patient myself, I decided to do a bit of research before purchasing the oil. And I found that Black and Green really hits the mark with their Avocado oil - Here's what you should look for before buying a bottle - 1. If it's cold pressed - that's a very big indicator of the quality of the oil. Since no heat is used during the extraction, all the vital elements that I was looking for remain intact. 2. Comes in a dark glass bottle - this prevents sunlight from making the oil go rancid. 3. Mentions Extra Virgin on the bottle - meaning that no chemical process is used to extract the oil and the process is purely mechanical. To prove this, you can check the color of the oil, which should usually reflect the color of its source origin. In this case, Black and Green's avocado oil is a rich and vibrant green. It's been about three weeks since the oil was delivered and I've got the chance to test it in several recipes. The oil remains true to what is stated on the label - it has a very high smoke point, and can be used to cook your daily meals. My wife has tried using it as part of the tadka for dal, to replace ghee, and the difference in taste is minimal. It held up pretty well under high heat without burning or smoking. The taste of the oil is buttery and really reminded me of eating an avocado. It's been used as part of the salad dressings ever since the oil was delivered. I've managed to use it with hummus too, replacing olive oil and it really tasted fantastic! I'm certain I will see an improvement in my cholesterol readings over time if I keep using this oil. I would definitely recommend Black and Greens's Avocado Oil to any one else suffering from heart diseases and are looking for alternate solutions without compromising on the quality and taste of their meals. One of the best oils I've ever used! the product is so versatile - it can be used as a salad dressing and on the skin & hair as well! FYI - avocado oil works as a natural sunblock. This one little bottle is packed with so many nutrients and the best part it there are no added preservatives or enzymes.! Definitely an amazing replacement for your regular kitchen oil. Ps: try coating a little bit of this oil over anything and pop it in the airfrier! To conclude, its a must try! Cause once you try it, you definitely won't be going back!

Avocado oil is organic cold pressed oil. It is multipurpose oil. Quality is awasome. It is very healthy.you should buy it

I ordered a 500ml bottle before I purchased the 1 litre one . The 500 ml was pure but this 1000 ml bottle I opened only today and found it different from the previous bottle of avocado I used . The colour itself was different,not dark also ,there was no smell of the avocado which was present in the previous bottle. Very disappointed with this purchase . I have shared two pictures ,can easily see the colour difference and the bottle design is also different ,the black sealage under the 500ml is there but the 1 litre bottle didn't have it

Avacado oil is the healthiest cooking oil for Indian cooking temperatures. But sadly this is the only option available and its waaay too expensive. The flavour is good. To be stored in fridge. But it turns into this thick gel form once in fridge. So make sure to place it back in fridge only after cooking has been finished. Constantly looking for other less expensive options but till then im going to be sticking to this one here.
