The fan is beautiful and quite the hit. I can not believe how well it is balanced and how much air it moves.4 stars due to lack of instructions and we got a bag of jewels that wasn’t even for this fan.

Very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this item. The instructions were utterly unhelpful and the video provided was equally underwhelming. Overall a great product, once it is installed.

My lights do not work. They stopped working after 6 months. I tried contacting you several times last year with no response. Please reply to this review and let me know how I can replace the led lights.
