Honda 08732-SCP00 Spray Cleaner and Polish

30 years of detailing Harley motorcycles I have used many, many, many cleaning / polishing spray products but had never tried this Honda spray util recently. I think this Honda spray does a better job of lifting dust, dirt, bugs off the paint and protects from paint and chrome, windshields ( always do the windshield first ) from scratches from the act of the wipe down over some other spray products. I do find this product goes on a bit thicker than others but I think the thickness helps remove the dust, bugs etc. it does leave a good shine behind but I have a process, after a ride I do a quick wipe down with the Honda to lift the dirt and I go back over with a Quick Wax spray as adding the quick wax on top of the Honda leaves a slick feel and the ultimate shine. Using my process I only must do a real wash with water only a few times a year and I do a deep detail wax 1 or perhaps 2 times per year. The Honda spray truly protects my black paint from scratches. This Honda spray has earned a permanent spot on my detailing cart!

If, like me, you do a lot of highway miles on your motorcycle that are dry and mud free, this is the best way to keep you bike looking new. I used to be a wash my bike every week or two kinda guy, but this is a much better way to get the results you want. Put away the pails, soapy water, and leaf blower/power sweeper for drying. Rather than wash, I use this product on all my bikes surfaces, save the obvious ones (tire tread, disc brake rotors, you know) about every four or five rides, or until the bike looks like it needs "a bath". Use a terry cloth towel, rotating the part of the towel frequently that's in contact with the bike doing the road grime removal. Throw the towel away when done. Not only is the bike cleaned, but polished as well. The cleaner/polish actually repels dust, and makes your bike that much easier to clean the next time you do clean. I can do a thorough wipe down in about half the time it took me to wash the bike, and that's not counting the time it takes to apply a separate polish product. I put around 7-8k on my bike each season, and haven't washed it in ~3 years! And it seriously looks new....I know because I'm told often, unsolicited. Word to the wise: I learned long ago when washing and waxing vehicles to limit my hands and eyes contact with the exterior maintenance product I'm using, no matter what it is, this product included. I wear rubber/vinyl gloves, and keep the sprayer pointed the right direction. Not into the wind LOL. Pick up on this stuff. It's a system that works.

Finally a spray can that was shipped sealed in cellophane.A+ FOR THAT ! I use Honda spray cleaner polish on anything and everything i want to shine. I have tried so many other products for cleaning and polishing over the years and nothing I've tried comes close for ease of use and results especially in this price range. Its the only thing i have used on my kawi 650 V since trying Honda cleaner polish for the first time almost 6 years ago. It still looks good. You know it works when people think a 17 year old bike is new

Works great for a quick clean and shine. Works better than most I use it in my bass boat all the time too just to get off water spots, etc.
