It is heavier and more tougher than your abilities
It is good for 92+% of the people who wish to use this properly as soon they realise that their kicks and punches are not as hard as they thought!!!! For professional use, it's also good as when you kit the lower 25% from top, it does not have much movement as it's closer to its base where it is screwed on to itFill the base with water on a flat floor, together with the series of suction pads at the bottom, it really won't move as a unit The base is fairly large and takes a good 5 minutes or so to fill with water so ARRANGE THE FIX POSITION FIRST or moving it with suction pads while filled with water will likely give you a disc problem.

Striking piece of kit
Really good purchase. Strong and sturdy. Easy to put together although it didn’t come with any instructions it was easy to work out and done within half an hour. Also came with a little spanner type thing to screw the bolts so always a winner when I don’t have to scrat around looking for something.Filled it with a bag of sand but needs another bag maybe 2.Quick delivery, came in 2 boxes delivery driver really helpful.My son thinks it’s great and it’s getting lots of use

Love it
I'm 5ft and 8 stone sp perfect for me. My husband is twice my weight and size and it's really sturdy when he uses it. We filled it with water and it won't move at all - although the suckers on the bottom are stuck to a wooded floor so that helps. Recommend it to anyone wanting a good punch and kick. Great excursus too. Really strong - well made and looks the dogs.

Highly recommend this very well made punch bag.
One of the best things I purchased for lockdown and now I am completely converted to boxing training. I did lots of research before buying as there were very cheap options, not a lot mid range and then this punch bag. I was hesitant on the price but so happy I went ahead, this could easily be in a professional gym as it is extremely well made, the base is very easy to fill. I am 6ft 2" and 15 stone and can hit it very hard without it falling over. I would also add that the 5 foot version I bought is absolutely ideal and I doubt anyone would need anything bigger. Including the base the 5ft version actually stands at nearly 6 foot anyway. It also arrived within a couple of days so very happy all round.

Expensive, OK, Base moves
I am 5'8" and 74kg. A straight punch with "good" technique and it topples over 1 out of 5 times. So not impressed. Main reason I think is that the sucker's is a good idea but they don't work. They don't stick to any flooring. Tried bathroom tiles and outdoor decking. The based if filled with water. The construction of the actual equipment seems to be of high quality.

I bought one of these for my PT studio. D it’s great; nice and firm to punch. In fact I liked it so much I bought one for my dad but unfortunately illness meant he wouldn’t be able to use it.
