I am a firm believer in having the right tool for the job at hand. I also believe Big Skinny provides quality products at a good value. I purchased this particular wallet for the zipper and size. I like doubled cash holder which is great for travel when you need multiple currencies or for stowing receipts. With the crossbody/fanny pack craze I like having a zipper to secure items so if I open my cross body and quickly remove my wallet I know everything is where it ought to be. I specifically bought this wallet to use with a smaller Topo Designs Cross body and it fits perfect.

Wonderful wallet! It really is nice and thin and still has room for all my "junk"! I would recommend this wallet to others in a heartbeat.UPDATE: JUNE 2013...I have had this wallet for six months and still like it! Get one. You will like it, also.UPDATE JANUARY 2016....Still going strong! I carry it every day and shows very little wear. Why can't everything be made this way?UPDATE JANUARY 2017.....Yep, still going strong, no tears, no loose threads, no broken zipper. This simple wallet never ceases to amaze me. I may have to put it in my will as it will probably outlive ME!UPDATE March 22018....Zipper finally came undone. Six years now. I thought about getting a new one but will just use it without using the broken zipper. Great product!

I like that it's lightweight and slim but find that it's a little bit small for my necessities. It could be slightly larger without compromising the design or how it fits in the pocket. My biggest issue is the delicate zipper which wore out and broke after about a year of use. That really needs to be made stronger.

I bought this originally for myself and then passed it along to my husband because his wallet was falling apart. He was very skeptical and is now a huge fan.He loves his leather wallets, but he agrees there’s no way you can match what this wallet gives you.You can comfortably and easily put three or more credit cards per slot.You can turn it upside down and shake it and they will not fall out! It is extremely slim and the zipper gives it even more security.One negative; it does have an unpleasant smell when it arrives. I bought This one and two others for myself. If you completely open them up and air them out for about two weeks and make sure to flip it every couple of days, That completely gets rid of the smell ( and my husband is super, hyper, sensitive about smells and there is no trace now of the original smell ) If you have the patience for that, then there is no way you are going to beat these wallets.Note to manufacturer; The big skinny logo sewn on the outside is not that attractive looking or feeling. It would be nicer to have it on the inside of the wallet. Especially the women’s.

I bought this because I was looking for a billfold that was not bulky and fit in my jeans. I also wanted one that had a zipper to keep from losing anything . I liked it so well I ordered one in brown to change up my style. It is not leather so it is easy to clean up

I decided to look for a wallet that would keep credit cards clean and away from the dirt I manage to get in my pockets. I carry my wallet in my front pants pocket and lately used an Allett. It was slim but my credit cards still got dirty and destroyed a couple. This wallet is zippered shut and should hold out most of the dirt. It is thinner than all my previous wallets. The material is nylon like and very slick. I assume it will resist dirt and stains and wear for several years. I've had no complaints in the couple weeks I've carried it. I've put a rubber band or hair band on my wallets to keep them closed and provide resistance in case of pickpockets. This gives some grip to the slick material. It handle my 8 cards and licenses easily and would handle many more. Over all I'm very pleased with it. Thanks!

Nice wallet BUT check it out when you get it - mine had a 2 inch gap between the zipper and body of the wallet.Poor craftmanship and poor Quality Control.Otherwise, it's a nice wallet and I opted to replace it and try another one.
