The glasses are advertised as tougher than the average but 1 broke as soon as it hit hot water but the others are still standing up to wear and tear. A good size but slightly awkward to clean the bottom of the bowl. You just have to make sure the wine isn't allowed to dry before washing. On the whole pleased with them.

These arrived on time and look really nice they feel substantial even though still thin glass, l am very pleased with them given the price.

Looked at reviews to try and gauge size and was a little smaller than hoped for but still v. Good. Overall quality and weight spot on - and will be trying size up as good for regular top up of white but not a formal red. :-)

Big! Only need a third full, I like a good red.

Set of 6 wine glasses, one of them was already broken upon delivery. No label on the box to indicate that the contents are fragile

Bought for the office wine tastings. Reasonably thick glass to be put in a dishwasher. Came very securely packed. Looking very nice for the price, I would put them on a dinner table with no doubt. Great buy!

Fantastic quality wine glasses at a ridiculously low price. I ordered 3 boxes primarily for use outdoors and they've survived a handful of uses and been through the dishwasher afterwards with no ill effects. Although none have been dropped or knocked, they do feel more robust than a standard wine glass of similar shape and size...

I ordered a pack of 6 Cabernet Tulipe Wine Glasses 12.3oz/350ml made of Kwarx Advanced Glass manufactured by Arcoroc from Noble Express Catering Supplies. When the order arrived I found that the 6 glasses were made of Lead Free Crystal glass manufactured by a Turkish company F&D. This is, I suggest, an offence against the Description of Goods Act. These glasses are I believe still advertised on your website as I ordered them i.e. made of Kwarx Advanced Glass. I would add that when I asked to return the glasses delivered, Noble Express responded very quickly. However, as the glasses I received were not those ordered, I would have thought that Noble Express would have replaced them. They didn't, they just said they would refund my money. Makes me wonder whether they actually stock such items made of Kwarx Advanced Glass.
