Indeed it has a strong smell, but that is only temporary and it doesn't bother me. I have long European hair. It's thin but I have a lot of it and I keep in a bun all day and keep it in place with a hair clip. The hair started getting very dry in the spot where I keep the hair clip and no conditioner ever helped with that. This oil did. It made my hair so soft that I didn't even had to use hair conditioner. I did notice less hair in my brush right after the first use. I also used it on my daughter as no over the counter anti dandruff products worked for her. This oil did the trick. To mention that I am only using Patanjali shampoos, too.I am definitely repurchasing it.

Its great smelling but the packaging box its self is horrible its warped well for delivery for once you open up the package the Box itself has leaked one 1/4 of the oil out and box is just very cheaply made. Other than that its great and the smell to me is very lovely. I would buy again but only if they change the packaging for the oil its self or get a bigger bottle for the 20% extra oil.

I am getting bald and one of my friends suggested Kesh Kanti Hair Oil. I applied for 3 months and got my complete hair with fine texture. I massaged hair daily before I go to sleep and did not use any other products. I used to take a head bath once a week by applying lemon juice to scalp 20 mins before.It works very well.The only drawback is if someone smells your hair,it may not be that great.

The smell was horrendous! Had to wash my pillowcases 3 times to get this dreadful smell out of my pillowcases.

Reduced my hair loss

My family usually buy coconut oil or herbs infused Vatika oil. This oil is much thicker and so you should use less. Massage at night, wash hair in the morning. Will definitely buy more.

Quite an unusual scent but doesn’t linger too long. Might be too strong for some people. Only use a small amount and massage into hair and scalp at night and wash out in the morning.
