Perfect blend to add to hot cereal. However the packaging has shrunk substantially over the last year.

Healthy Addition For Breakfast
Husband tops cooked oatmeal with this Flaxseed, Coconut blend along with chis and blueberries for breakfast. Always fresh , fine texture healthy additive. It’s a bit expensive but very convenient to reorder via Amazon account. Never a problem with delivery . I would think you could use for baking or as standalone item.
