Q: Hi what size would you recommend for a 38 waist , bust 48 plz ?

This was a present, I am not sure about the fit. I bought a small size, these were generous fit.

Q: What size in inches 4xl

Approximately 54 inches on chest is 4XL. and 5XL should be 3 to 4 inches bigger.

Q: what size for 5ft10 size 10

They go by chest size not height. I am 5' 10 1/2" tall and had to shorten the legs as they came in long leg to be adjusted to size. These are light material I purchased for summer wear so little worn under them I have thicker material ones for winter which I buy a larger chest size to allow extra clothing beneath. Hope this info is of use.
