Is it possible/safe to use this mason jar with a blender that fits regular mouth mason jars? (blender fits the classic Bell Mason Jar)

It is a regular mason lid size.

It is very hard to put the lids on, are they the right lids?

The lids will fit but not smoothly. They WILL NOT seal if you're canning food. I had to re-process all my jam with new lids for them to "pop"/seal. I suppose these jars & lids would be good for crafts or storing things in. But they are NOT good for canning food. Learned my lesson... always spend a little more for the brand names!

Are these smooth on the inside?

The design is also on the inside. The design is smooth but the glass is bumpy with the design.

Good value

Poor quality; do NOT use for food!

Ordered the 15 diamond 12 oz set; upon arrival, many were askew / fallen over in the box which held the jars in place with only a 1/4" foam around the bases. Upon inspection, none of the lids were loose to the point of popping off when picking up the jar, and 8 of the 15 were noticeably cracked around the perimeter near the base (1 of the 8 had more serious cracking going up and around the middle). The glass quality is not very good and I would hesitate to use it for high-temp canning processing; the base is more narrow and rounded and the glass much thinner and not a properly shaped reinforced bottom when compared to the Bell jar (and even the web photo / video). The base of these jars all had a wavy glass optical distortion which is probably caused by problems in the production line. They may be perfectly fine for non-edible "favors", but I wouldn't trust these jars to be used for anything edible or that subjects it to large temperature changes.

I really enjoy the product and the quality has always been great. However, in my last few orders several of the jars have arrived broken. I’m not sure if it’s related to packaging or handling during shipping, but it has happened more than once recently. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that the packaging can be improved so the jars arrive safely. I truly like the product and would love to continue ordering without this issue.

Not for liquids

These are cute jars, but they are not watertight. Many of the rings that came with them would not tighten. I replaced with ball lids and rings, and lights leaked out. I bought because they were a good price, next time I will pay extra for Ball or Kerr.
