900B Elite Series Classical Guitar Strings 29-43

These are just my strings. I’ve used these for years as a classical guitar player. They are only ones I buy. They are perfect for both performance, practice and home recording creative projects. Super low finger noise, smooth transitions, clear tone. Silky feel when new. Resonate basses and clean clear trebles. Warm, clean, and long lasting. These are a most versatile classic set from one of the best string companies easily and readily available from a wide range of sources. Used to buy these by the case when performing and gigging regularly. These are just a solid basic choice for a wide range of settings and needs for any distinguishing classical guitar player.

Nice projection, very nice tone. Gold color looks great on the guitar.

The Strings are a pleasure to play, no squeaky noises and my fingers glide over the strings with ease. The tone is rich and warm, nicely suited for classical music. They are a good value too.

Strings like picks r a personal preference thing. That being said I found these have a nice full sound, excellent harmonics, keep that"new"sound bout 6 weeks(I play a lot) and the gold/yellow looks kinda cool. They're polished and they really do eliminate the sneakers on a basketball court squeak thing. Maybe it's just me but they feel softer to the touch than non polished strings and require little pressure to fret. Been playing for decades and that's my opinion, hope it helps

In general I love LaBella strings. The 900-B set was interesting. I really like the bass strings; very low string noise, could be a bit fuller/deeper but overall very nice. Trebels sounded horrible on one guitar and were off within 2 weeks but sounded great on my flamenco guitar. Definitely worth a try if you want to cut down on string noise for recording or in general. I liked them enough to try them again eventually.

Love the polished would strings. They make sliding from chords and especially bar chords with ease and no transition sounds. I love the luxurious feel these strings have when playing. They are more soulful and less punch than other strings I have used, but I like them for playing the blues. I can't wait to try using a slide, since the trebles don't have the 'silver plating' that my old 'D'Addario XT's" had. When I played slide on the XT's the slide wore off the silver plating, totally lame.

Once stretched up these strings provide a very rich sound with hardly any finger sliding sound on wound strings. Very nice.

ふつう、ナイロン弦の巻き弦（4～6弦）というのは銀メッキ銅線を巻いてあるのですが、このLa Bella 900シリーズは真鍮線（メーカーはアロイと言っているので、真鍮と何かの合金なのかもしれない）が巻いてあります。線といっても断面が丸ではなくて正方形になっているので、タイトルに書いたように「フラットワウンド」と言えるわけです。そのために、フィンガーノイズは全く出ません。さらに（私にとって）良いことには、銀メッキ銅線とは違って硬い真鍮合金なので、同巻線の弦に比べてめちゃくちゃ長持ちします。切れるときにはフレットの位置ではなくて、サドル近辺で切れます。サドルあたりで切れないように養生してやると、まず切れなくなります。アマゾンより安く買えるところもあるのですが、料金を振り込むのが面倒だったのでこちらで購入しました。

I wanted to write a review so people could get a balanced view of these strings. Some people really dislike them and say they are dull sounding. For me the lack of string noise makes these an absolute necessity for my playing (and particularly recording). As far as I'm aware the only other alternative are the D'addarios that are much more expensive (the ones John Williams uses). For me they sound warm and full bodied. The wound strings perhaps don't have a nice bright attack but I can live without that. If you can't abide string noise then these are a great option.
