makes a huge difference for my son -- he suffers terribly from seasonal allergies, now he gets to have a little air in the room. nice! definitely recommend. FYI. I bought both so he could have a little air or a lot. The small one does not quite fit the window even though it was supposed to, so I've had to stuff cloth filters on one side to make sure all the dust and pollen wasn't making it's way in that way. The window is 36" wide and the small one initially expands that far, but constricts after a few minutes. The larger one is perfect

Budget air filter that does the job and appears to be reliable.
The unit works well, so no problems with it doing its intended job (purifying the air).The added advantage of a remote could be very useful if the unit was installed in a hard to reach location.I would give it 5 stars except for some design weaknesses.* It is too loud even at the lowest setting.* It requires special filters that cannot be cleaned.Not sure at this point how long the filters last as the replace filter light hasn't come on yet.But its only been in use for a couple of months

Clean Fresh Air! Finally.
Ordered three - have been using for several months now. I happen to also have a high quality air monitor in the house, so I can say with some certainty that dust and pollen is not getting through these in any major way.Nice to have some fresh air (actually important to, given how bad the air is inside a sealed house.)

Works as described.
fits well. Works as described. Seems well built. It does limits the breeze coming through the window because of the tight weave of the screen. I am able to have my windows open without allergy issues.

Happily satisfied and sleeping soundly!
It seems to work very well, I have been able to sleep much better and actually have some fresh air! I'm beginning to think I was a screen door made of the same stuff so I can have that open too!

I like, I 've used Allergy Screem for years
I like, I 've used Allergy Screem for years, this one only come in 20" to 36" I need a 40 inch for one of my windows. If there is a longer size but Amazon so far only have the above size.

Good investment
The only downside is it makes a noise when running on low speed. The noise decreases with increase in speed. Otherwise, a good product and cleans the air without any doubt. It also removes odor very well and the room feels nice and healthy.
