The media could not be loaded. I dont think it can get any better. You can taste the difference and you can tell this is high quality cocoa. I am a chocoholic! This cocoa powder is so satisfying.

Good cocoa powder.
Guittard is a very good cocoa powder. I have always used Hershey's, but saw an article which rated cocoa powders. This was one on that list. When I opened it, it had such a nice cocoa smell to it. I had been promising my husband to make him some homemade cocoa, so I heated the milk on the stove, added the cocoa powder, stirred and let it dissolve, poured it into mugs, sweetened his with stevia and mine with organic Florida Crystals, since he is a diabetic. He loved it and so did I. It was a very rich tasting cocoa. I can't wait to bake a chocolate cake with it and chocolate frosting, too.

OMG! I had no idea!
I’ve always used Hershey’s cocoa powder. It is what my grandma used. I never knew the taste of cocoa powder could be so different! I love this cocoa. It is creamy and fudgy. The aroma is sweet chocolatey bliss. I have a berry smoothie I make in the mornings with cocoa powder and decided based on reviews to give this a whirl. I am so glad I did. It is easy to mix in to my smoothie and a good value for a more premium cocoa product. It has a deep reddish brown color. I have not baked with it as I rarely bake but in just my limited use this week of it I will never change back to the other brand.

Huge Upgrade Over Big Name Brands
My wife bakes as a hobby and has used basic name brand cocoa for decades. I recently saw this cocoa on an episode of America's Test Kitchen and bought it for my wife to try. The depth of chocolate flavor added was an order of magnitude over the old Hersheys stuff. The increase in flavor relative to its price is a huge win - would highly recommend.

This stuff is da bomb!
Overall this is my favorite cocoa powder so far.Forget the cheaps like Hershey's. They ain't got the depth or tones to keep up with this little hot number. I must say even Ghirardelli falls into second compared to this stuff and so does Scharffen Berger. It's rich and deep and dark and so many levels of perfect. I adore it.They need to sell it in a bigger container, for gosh-darn-sake!I make a mean vegan Tea Chocolate with it!TEA CHOCOALTE1 can of organic coconut milk1 clean and empty ice cube trayRinse off top of coconut can. Shake can of coconut milk well before opening. Open. Pour/scrape contents into plastic or glass container. Crush empty can completely flat to prevent animals getting stuck in can. Stir contents in container with a spoon and smash any coconut milk solids with the spoon to return it to its completely liquid state. Pour coconut milk into one empty ice tray and freeze. Should yield about 16 cubes, depending on how big/small your ice tray slots are.1 mug of tea (I used half jasmine green & half vanilla roobios), warm2 frozen cubes of coconut milk, thawed1 tablespoons of unsweetened natural cocoa powder (if you're brilliant use this stuff)1/4 teaspoon of organic stevia (I prefer SweetLeaf Organic Stevia brand)*2 dashes of ground nutmeg**4 dashes of ground cinnamon (I used Saigon cinnamon)**Mini blender (such a Nutri-bullet)Pour melted coconut cubes into blender container. Add warmed tea, cocoa powder, stevia, nutmeg, cinnamon. Blend for a minute. Then pour tea-chocolate back into your mug.If you prefer HOT tea-chocolate, then heat it up after it’s mixed. It is not advisable to pour HOT liquids into a blender, unless the blender’s manual specifies you can.*be careful using stevia because overuse will make it bitter. some stevia brands show “fillers” in them, the main one being dairy. always read the labels! If you don’t like stevia you can use the sweetener of your choice.**spices are optional.History: I came up with this drink Nov 26, 2017, to sate the craving for “hot chocolate” without the milk. I’m not vegan but I don’t drink milk.Recipe will be in my upcoming cookbookEnjoy!!
