Love this iPhone so smooth working. And completely charges up to 100 percent.

I really like this phone. It has a lot of space and it’s a really nice upgrade from my SE.., I just have to get used to it because there’s no button in the middle lol but the battery was great is 97% looks brand new no scratches no dents., I’m having a good old time with this phone., oh and the size is good. It’s not too big if it’s in your pocket or back pocket..,

My experience so far has been excellent! I was so nervous to buy a used device but I did my research and felt very comfortable with Amazon’s generous 90 day return policy on these renewed phones and I took a chance on a seller that had lots of positive reviews. ~Seller~ All Out Mobile and was shipped through Prime and arrived three days early! ~Battery~ Arrived with 97 percent battery health and holds a charge all day long with pretty aggressive use. ~Apperance~ Extremely minor scratches on the side that all my cases cover and are so small that I couldn’t get a clear photo of them. The screen is beautiful with no burned out pixels, front & back glass have zero scratches. ~Camera~ Front & back both work perfectly and the lenses are clear. ~General Functionality~ I switched my SIM card first then I used the Bluetooth option to seamlessly change everything over from my old iPhone 6 to this XS. Each app works perfectly. The switchover from the thumbprint to Face ID was easy & all of my passwords work (yay!) Upgrading from the 6 & iOS 12, operating this feels so smooth and delightful. ~Packaging~ It came with plain white packaging, an apple branded charging cable and power brick, as well as a device to pop out the SIM card. Honestly, besides not having the satisfaction of opening a brand new product... this feels brand new and saving hundreds of dollars feels even better. I highly recommend trying this service. I will update my review if something changes but at this point, one week later, I’m thrilled!

Great screen and quality just the battery is low

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I bought this item on February 21, 2026, just a few months back, ok? It was a gift for my wife. She wanted this specific model as her "new iPhone", because new iPhones are so high nowadays, and they're not like they used to be (in her opinion). She knows about the resiliency of this specific model of iPhone, because I've had the same model since 2019 and it's still running and working great. So we though that buying from this seller we were buying a phone that "at least" would last 2-5 years... NOT 2-5 MONTHS!!! These products are faulty, do not buy, I repeat. It's been less than 5 months and now the phone stopped working out of the blues, it stopped charging, started to reboot from the logo apple back to black. I am not even able to get the files or any update from my computer. IT'S A DEAD SOLID DEAD PHONE. I'm just down without the over hundred bucks I paid for this faulty phone, and my wife has no new phone. Worst deal in my history of buying from Amazon. The worse! I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Not the item OR ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. BEWARE! PIRATES OF AMAZON SELLING UNRELIABLE MERCH. OH, and their customer service is absurd, empty and vain. Zero compassion on this fact: it's a phone, they are expensive and nowadays people pretty much cannot live without them. And here they are in Amazon, taking away money from innocent people who needs a phone.

I broke the screen of my iPhone X and got some cracks on the back. Initially, I planned to repair it at the Apple store, but just fixing the screen would have cost me $275 plus taxes (as of 8/7/2024). So, I decided to buy a renewed phone on Amazon. I was a bit worried about the purchase until I received the phone. When I unboxed it, I was really amazed. There were no signs that this phone was renewed—no scratches, no fingerprints, and no unpleasant smell. It seemed too good to be true. I checked the battery's maximum capacity, and it was at 98%. Some might say this number could be inaccurate, but here's my experience: the next day, I had a chance to test it. I had back-to-back Teams meetings in the first half of the day and had to use phone to talk and view my supervisor’s screen while validating data on my side. The phone performed very well. I had no concerns about signal, battery, or sound quality. Everything worked perfectly. Additionally, the phone came with a screen protector, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend MOBILESUPPLY to anyone looking for a quality products. Their product exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The phone looks and functions like new, offering excellent value for the price.

I originally bought an iphone xs (renewed) from Reebelo because they had a better price than Amazon. I read the return policy in case the product had any issues. Their return policy states you can return no questions asked in the same condition received within 14 days. The only reason I was purchasing a new phone was because my camera was broken...completely broken. I received the phone, it seemed bigger in size just slightly and thicker than my xs. I shrugged it off, started the process of transferring over all of my info from my old phone to the new phone...and it just wouldn't take. This should have been an easy process, usually automatic, but I had trouble right from the start. I decided to return it. I emailed the company asking for a return label (free), and their response was I needed to send in 4 pictures of the phone...what?! This is not in the return policy whatsoever...I would never have purchased it, because I had no camera!! I emailed with this response, and they literally told me to use a friend's or neighbor's camera!? I immediately disputed the charge with my credit card company...after much back and forth, I finally got the return label. What a horrible company! This instilled in me that, eventhough it was a little more expensive on Amazon...they never would have put me through this hell if I was following the return policy. Now to this iphone I received from Amazon, it's perfect so far, I've had it a few days, the transfer from old to new was seemless, done automatically by having the 2 phones close to each other, it is exactly the same size as my old phone, no scratches, and best off, the camera works perfectly.... I learned my lesson and will not stray for a cheaper price (and greater headache) again. Thanks Amazon!

I bought this phone for work related use. I opted to go the refurbished route given my use case. After looking through my many options and deciding IOS is best for my business use I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this amazon refurbished Iphone XS. I knew what I was going into and fully expected this phone to have some minor blemishes and at least 80% battery. Upon arrival, I was satisfied with the phone despite the phone having much more extensive screen wear than expected AND a pretty poor excuse for a screen protector meant to cover up the screen wear. It is however an old model, refurbished phone, so that is to be expected. Here is the massive flub. The battery capacity. Upon receiving the iphone I promptly turned it on and tested the device, including the battery life. 91%. Given they guarantee 80% I thought I got really lucky and hit the refurbished jackpot. Well, fast forward not even a week and I decided to check the battery life again. 82%???? Now I am no engineer, but 9% battery degradation in less than a week sounds excessive. I figured its still above 80%(what was advertised) so I still got the product I payed for. I can live with a shorter battery life. Fast forward 7 more months of minimal use. The phone is on daily with very limited screen time. Work related texts and calls. Occasionally audible, or spotify use. Monitored all my charging to prevent over charging. Now my battery health is at 60%. Im not sure what rate of degradation is normal but given my use case mine seems to have died unreasonably quickly. I bought this as a cheaper alternative to a new iphone but 300 is by no means cheap and for a device that is quickly dying 8 months later. I am always a bit nervous buying refurbished tech, especially from Amazon. Buying refurbished is a flip of a coin and you may get luckier than me but this left a sour taste in my mouth and left me feeling inclined to leave this review as a disclaimer. In the future I will either buy new, or go the ebay refurbished route given their refurbs tend to be a bit cheaper and come with a 1 year warranty on all ebay certified refurbished tech. Good luck to all those in the market. If you decide to go this route, I hope you get luckier than I did.

no noticeable wear and tear.

I got it a few days earlier than expected and when I took it out of the box, it looked absolutely brand new! Although it did have some barely noticeable scratches on the side, but as I said, BARELY NOTICEABLE. And when I put a case on it you can’t even see them. I would love to thank the seller since it’s exactly what I was looking for. I am a bit disappointed that it came with 91 percent battery whereas I saw a review with someone that got 98 but that’s just me being greedy I guess. This is a huge upgrade over my old iPhone 7 and everything works like new as expected. Thank you so much for this great product.

so far so good. delivery a day early, phone in great condition and as ordered/described. seems in perfect condition and no visible wear or scratches. battery charges to 100% and so far no bugs showing up. thx guy, i am happy i gave you another chance.
