I’ve tried and experimented with many herbal teas. I’ve been using this on and off for a couple years it’s a staple in my cupboard. Great for when I’m bloated, been eating unhealthily or when I’m on a weight-loss mission.It helps to cleanse the body and curb appetite.Recently discovered cold brewing it overnight helps reduce the sharp herbal taste while still getting results.If you don’t want to have to be quarantined to the toilet for days on end I recommend only having one cup in the evening. It’ll take a couple days to kick in but will only need the toilet before bed and when you wake up in the morning. The business as normal for the rest day without “accidents”. Can do this for up to 2 weeks.For fast results sip it constantly through the day refilling the same tea bag with boiling water until the water is nearly clear. NO MORE THAN 3 DAYS! Be very close to the toilet! After 3 days stop as it takes a few days to wear off.Great for those of us who need a quick fix for when we fall off the wagon.It’s not for consistent long term use.

I used to buy this tea at the Chinese herbalist shop. The shops have disappeared unfortunately so was interested to find it on here. Not started using the tea yet so hoping it will have the same effect as the original ones did. The ones I have tried since the chinese shop closed didn't have the same weight loss effect. I'm keeping my fingers crossed this time that it works

Great price, value for money, excellent tea for a detox, keep topping it up with boiled water and add some fresh ginger it will give you a gentle clear out so use one a day and you'll be amazed at the results. I've been using them for years when I chub up a bit. They also help with bloating and using the same T bag all day it will naturally increase your fluid intake.

The tea bag is not the same as before, I opened the back and inside the contents are also different. The tea is sweet and normally is not so I don’t think I bought the original tea . I will never buy from this seller again

Used to drink this regularly didn't taste the same smell the same or even look the same. It had Bern a while so blend may of changed. Would try with caution if you suffer from ibs

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to say something important about this tea. First, it's not the tastiest, but that’s a good sign because it’s all-natural. However, make sure you drink it after a good amount of healthy food and around 4 PM. It really cleans out the toxins from your body, and you’ll be going to the toilet often, so plan accordingly! If you work in the morning, take it in the afternoon so that by night, it clears out your system. Don’t worry, by the following morning, you won’t have any diarrhea. Be careful, but it works! Apart from the repulsive smell ( i had to hold my nose) the taste is bearable. Box is so pretty too. If it works thats all that matters. Just started.
