Hasbro Yokai Watch Model Zero Watch

I bought this for my son he loves the yokai watches. The only thing you need to be sure you do is update the watch with English update. After we did the update all his Medals worked great. He wears it all the time, the watch has stood the test of time getting worn and flung around by a 7yr old.I really wish they would make updating these more user friendly.. I'am thankful I know my way around electronics or we wouldn't have got this to work.

Got this for my son for Christmas. He has the white one but of course when this one came out it was a must for him. Watch is great he loves yo Kai do it all works out.Old medals don't work in this one though so that kind of stinks.And for all parents it does make noise and there is no volume thing for it. So after about ten minutes I am usually saying can we stop for a bit please.

The media could not be loaded.  My 6 year old is a big Yokai fan. He spends hours playing with this yokai watch. Comes with 2 medals and this model 0 watch. My son cannot get enough of the yomotion projection animation on the wall. Nice toy with a cool feature!

It's a little obnoxious this watch doesn't actually tell time, it would have been fairly easy in my opinion to add a small digital time piece. It's also quite large, on my 6 year old the medallion area is actually lightly larger than hi wrist is making for a wobbly fit. None the less, said 6 year old found the projection feature super cool and now wants all of the little expensive coins that power this thing. I would say unless your kid directly asks for it like mine did, skip it, cool or not based on the price of the coins alone (though you can catch them on sale in store on occasion, for example at Christmas I found them $1.50 each at Kroger).

I surprised my kid with this watch since she loves to pretend to be a Yokai and wants me to "find the elusive Yokai with my Yokai watch" pretty much every single morning when she wakes up... so the other day I put this on and found her with a real Yokai watch... needless to say she was absolutely thrilled and hasn't stopped playing with the thing. I do need to find more of the medals for it since she wants certain characters (of course). The only downside to the thing is that it is very LOUD and there is no volume control. Otherwise, great gift/toy for the Yokai lover in your life.

Grandson loves it. A little more complex than the last one. Must buy all new medals as the new ones have a special chip for the animated pictures. This can be confusing as they put them side by side with the older ones. The new ones say SERIES 1, not season one, and have a robot cat looking character with 2 spikey red tipped tails on the package. It also has YO Motion printed on the bottom right of the package. When I opened one of the packages and saw orangey/red ones I was nervous but they have these along with the greenish ones so don't panic.

The title states is all. My son loves his Yo-kai Watch. He is consistently playing with his watch all the time. As a parent, it brings me joy knowigng that he is fullfilling his childhood. It may not be "He-man" or "Power Ranger", but he is using his imagnation and is playing as I onces did when I was his age. A peice of advise for all parents, make sure you take the watch from your kids when it is bedtime. My wife and I caught the boy playing with his watch at 1 A.M. in the morning. Lucking it was a weekend.

Does what it's supposed to do but it's way too difficult for little kids to put the disks in properly. Within the first couple days, I had to pry a stuck disk out a few times. For the price it's not bad but in this day and age of digital toys, I think they could make something way more advanced, fun and realistic for less than twice the price which still wouldn't be too bad. I'd rather pay that and have an awesome toy for my kids than pay somewhat less but have just an ok toy.

Die Uhr an sich ist in Ordnung, aber die Sprache ist leider auf Spanisch (nicht Englisch, wie in der Produktbeschreibung steht), was sie für meine Kinder weitestgehend nutzlos macht. Wie ich gerade bemerke sind auch schon andere Kunden darauf reingefallen.

My son was so happy! Exactly as described. FYI there’s no manual and different disks do different things somhomework required!
