I found out that if I add the MCT oil to my morning coffee it doesn’t hurt my stomach.
The bottle drips a bit when dispensing. I just try and get it off the bottle and rub it onto my hands. Also I found that if I took the MCT oil by itself it gave me a stomach ache. So I began adding it to my coffee instead. That worked!

Great stuff, but the bottle DRIPS when you pour it, no matter what you do! I had to pour it into another container. Luckily I had some brown glass bottles to transfer it to.

Worth every penny!
Very light oil, perfect for infusions and making natural DIY mixes. Very clean, there was a small bit of spilling even though there was a seal but very minimal nothing to cry over. Excellent quality!
