Quiet fan
Noiseblocker BlackSilent Fan X2-80mm: I'm using two as exhaust fans for an audio player which doesn't generate much heat. I also have a couple 120mm inlet fans that run slow. I have used Noiseblocker fans before and have been satisfied with their performance and life. I never turn the computer off and they last for years but are running at about 20% most of the time.

GameCube replacement fan
Great, quiet replacement fan for the Nintendo GameCube. A custom 3D printed mount is required, but the STL is free. The connector also needs to be changed/spliced, as the GameCube has a small 2-pin. I desolder the wires and connector from the stock fan and solder onto the Noiseblocker.

Great replacement option for the Gamecube Fan (see more below)
I used this fan as a replacement fan in a old Nintendo Gamecube. You WILL need a 3D print to replace the original mounting bracket Nintendo has provided as the original Nintendo fan used non-standard screw placing. I also used standard Fan screws instead of the screws provided with the NB-BlackSilent Fan. You also want to consider cutting and splicing the wiring that came with the fan, for a more tidy and clean install as this fan has a rather long cable for such a small fan.I am not including the ease of install in this review, as I went for a very nonstandard installPros: Quiet and Reliable. Best 50mm fan on the market.Cons: The screws provided with the NB-BlackSilent Fan are rather small and easy to strip out the threads your form as you install them into the fan. I had to switch to more standard Fan screws which are a slight bit wider and longer. Also be careful for over tightening, you will strip out any thread you formed.Other: I have tried to use this fan in other projects, I found out this fan does not like to run on 5 volts.I am not listing it as a Con mainly as 5 volts are not apart of the Fan's specifications. But it is something to consider if you are running this fan in DC voltage mode and using the power level for speed adjustment. For speed control you really want to use the 3rd wire or keep the voltage above 5 volts.

Basically silent, does NOT come with the dampening connectors shown
I was replacing a loud fan in my audio-video receiver because the white noise bothered me. This one is basically silent. I had to adapt it from the given 3-pin molex connector to a 2-pin. If you face the connector with its teeth down, then from right to left, it is black, red, yellow. I guess the yellow is for speed control or something, but I did not need it. I just connected black and red. It came with 4 screws scattered about in the Amazon box because the packaging was damaged. It does NOT come with the pictured blue dampening connectors, just screws. That doesn't matter to me because it is so quiet that I do not need to dampen it further.

Not too loud but didn't come with the advertised rubber mounts.
Disappointed that it didn't come with the advertised rubber mounts but instead came with metal mounting screws. Had to use small plastic zip ties and added some hard drive vibration rubber mount bushings to suppress any vibration noise as stated by a few customers. Overall this fan isn't too loud despite it's small size but it really doesn't move that much air as I'm using it in an old computer case that has a small vent opening on the side panel for my GPU. It does cool it down but only by like 3 degrees at full speed. Overall not too bad for the money but it should've come included with the advertised rubber mounts. Thanks!

Decent fan, moving a good bit of air.
So far doing it's job. It is a quiet fan for what I need. I knocked off a star for not coming with anything but the fan. Nothing else in the box, no install items, or pin adapters, 3 to 4 pin or molex like most fans come with, not even instructions , which some new builders may need. To be fair the description does not state anything comes with it but most if not all fans I have ever ordered may not say anything comes with it but they do include an adapter or at the very least screws or noise damping install plugs. For me not a big deal as I had everything. Just would have been nice as well as for future buyers to know that Nothing Comes With It so make sure you have what you need before you buy. Being this was a Christmas present to go with my new rebuild I didn't get to this till now. Next time I am looking in boxes even if it does violate the Christmas rules we have in our house :)

Terrible. Lasted 3 days. Do Not Buy!
This fan is the worst fan I have ever bought for anything...ever. Testing out of the box, it seemed quiet enough, though I did notice some vibration. 24 hours after installation it had almost doubled in noise level with an annoying slight buzz. Fast forward to 3 days later and I am tearing my dev CE back apart to remove this fan. Horrible buzzing sound that can be heard from 30 feet away. They should've named this Noisemaker.I would be returning it, but unfortunately I had to swap connectors to install it. Do not waste your money. This fan is absolutely horrific garbage and shame on this company for selling them.

Great Fan and very quiet!!
Second best fan I have used in any PC in relation with CFM in this price range. Over the years I have used many fans from many different companies and this one to me ranks number two for dB! I thought I would give this fan a try in a couple different builds and for the most part I am pretty happy with it and will probably use it again in other builds. If you want a quitter fan and don't mind spending a few dollars more look into Noctua fans. The NF-A8 is what I use but I don't like the aesthetics of the Noctua. It is a better fan overall and I use it in builds you can't see the fans. I gave this fan 5 stars because I couldn't give it 4.5 and it doesn't warrant only 4 stars. This will be my go to fan for cases where the fans are visible.

Fantastically quiet
I installed this fan in my Ender 3 control electronics box and it is fantastically quiet. It is an exhaust fan, not an intake fan, so I added an exhaust cover to blow the cooling air away from me. I operate my printer almost continuously and have not had any problems since installing this fan. Highly recommended.

Quiet fan... but when it start or stop, a noise like if a cable was touching the blade is made... double check and nothing is touching it...

Wears out in 6 months - AVOID!
The fan works fine at first but after 6 months it gets noisy because it is wearing out.Only a few buyers come back on Amazon to post feedback when a product has worn out and there are quite a few with this product so I suspect it happens with everybody.
