Mepitel One Safetac Wound Dressing 6cm x 7cm x 5

This is much more sticky than the mepitel one we got from our GP, but still a great product. Peels without damaging paper-thin skin (though it does take some fiddling) Can be used with additional dressings for fresher wounds, or as protection for older wounds. A go-to for my mom's injuries. The application method is easy enough to do one handed in a pinch (though it IS intended to use with both hands, and that's when the product shine)

Exactly what it was described as, medical wound dressing exactly like one used by A&E to cover the wound.

These dressings are brilliant and easy to use. My husband is on Warfarin which makes his blood thin, and being that his skin is so thin (he is 86) the least knock and his skin splits and that is when l apply the Mepatel dressing. Couldn't do without them now. Thank you.

A deep scrape on my arm wasn’t healing so a trip to the doctor resulted in a dressing using the Safetac mesh to protect the wound and a covering of absorbent plaster. I was very impressed with the way the Safetac protected the wound whilst allowing any dampness to soak away into the plaster. When it was time to remove the dressing it easily dropped off the healing skin without taking the top off the wound...I was so impressed I sent away for my own supply .

Because my skin is very thin it tears easy. On a recent visit to hospital a nurse was removing a cannula and removing the plaster tore the skin, and went and got one of these dressings, leave it on for about 14 days and low and behold the wound was healed. Let the general public know they are available to buy, no other dressing has come near.

Excellant easy to use

I suffered a terrible burn and my dressings needed to be changed regularly. These are what the hospital was using and they were so soothing. Buying here meant I didn’t have to go back every two days to hospital. I highly recommend

I have been using this product for years now. It’s great to deal with wounds, to help them heal quicker with no scabs! Something I always keep in my home first aid kit.
