What is the capacity of the bowl for dry and liquid ingredients?

This bowl can process up to 4 quarts of dry ingredients or 2.75 quarts of liquids. The included seal system allows you to process soups, sauces, marinades and more without leaking.

Are there safety features?

Definitely. It includes • A safety interlock system prevents operation unless properly assembled. • Thermal overload protection for the motor to make sure it does not overheat.

My unit will not start. What should I do?

Make sure there is no obstruction (food stuff, etc) in the slots on the top of the motor base unit that would interfere with the bowl fully seating itself.
