The bottle I have does NOT state that it contains any kind of fish whatsoever. The label on it is identical to the one here in the product description, so you can read it for yourself. I am not sure what product you are looking at, but it is not this one.

Solgar vitamin D3

I appreciate Solgar selling vitamin D3 separately from K2. The reason being my blood work showed my doctor that when I buy things over-the-counter it'll have too much of one or not enough of the other and I can't ever get the one that's combined correct. So she suggested me buying vitamin D3 from Solgar separately from K2. So I bought both of them separately and both from Solgar. Now I'm getting the exact amount I need. I've been a user of Solgar products for a long time and I've always been pleased with the quality. Plus I have a hard time with digestion so these really work well because they digest easy. And I don't think the price is terribly bad. No side effects or anything. Win-win!

Solgar was a trusted name in my youth so I still use them. I haven't noticed a decline in health so much as to contribute to formula vs age. I will continue to use till I see they use inferior items than other brads.

Helped My Asthma

I have terrible allergic asthma caused by grass. I read many school studies on vitamin D and asthma. So I decided I would try taking these for a month to see if it helped at all and me being super sceptical figured this would not do anything. To my surprise I actually started to feel better AFTER 3 YEARS OF HELL!! My Asthma has decreased significantly!!! I talked to my doctor about this and he took a blood test and sure enough even with taking 400iu of vitamin D daily my level was still low. He then recommended me to take 1000iu!! I'm going to start taking this so see if I feel even better!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT!!
