I used this probiotic as preventative care for a trip to Mexico. I started taking it a week before traveling and took two a day while in Mexico. My digestion was great the whole time and I tried a variety of foods and wasn't always able to drink bottled water, but I did not get sick at all during or after my trip. The past two times I went to Mexico I got sick, so I believe this product helped keep my gut clear of that. The seller was also accommodating with helping me get the product when it had gotten lost in transit. 5 stars for the service, and for the product quality.

I will only buy this product from Master Supplements directly . I know how it feels when I take this probiotic ( it works ) but not from buying this way. Most likely it’s not kept refrigerated.

I have been taking this probiotic for 5 months now and my digestive system is better than ever. Much less bloating. I recommend this product!

I was given this product as a sample from a physical therapist who I go to for acupuncture every other week. She recommended it for me, and also uses it for herself. I was instructed to take it daily for about 10 days and then to taper down to three times a week from then on. Supposedly, it adds healthy bacteria and is good for your digestion. I have taken it for about one year, and it keeps everything running smoothly from day to day. Not sure if it's better than any other product of this type. Should be kept refrigerated.
