I have been taking this D3 supplement for almost a year and I have absolutely noticed positive results. I feel better I have more energy. The size of the soft gel is medium small easy to swallow there is virtually almost no stickiness of the soft gels. I feel like my immune system is stronger for taking D3. These vitamins have reversed a Vitamin D deficiency which was discovered by my doctor. Amazon has them for less than even the sale prices at local stores. Ear me. Easy to order, great price and effective. Everything you could ask for!!!

Had to start taking these after a blood test showed that my vitamin D was deficient. I started taking these 3 months ago, and was retested last week, My vitamin D levels are back up into the normal range now. These are small and easily swallowed with a small amount of water. Since they are a softgel, there is no taste.

It's a high dose for Vitamin D as compared to normal vitamins, as I don't have much exposure to the sun due to the weather and work setup. These supplements seems liks they're a good option to keep the body functioning properly.
