It's good It's not hard It's a good stress relief as well as an exercise for your hands

Really useful for recovery ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Finger Ball Exerciser Grip Strength Squeeze Ball was perfect following my finger operation. I used it for physiotherapy exercises, and it helped rebuild strength and improve flexibility gradually. Comfortable to hold, durable, and provides just the right amount of resistance. I was initially very pleased with purchase but on the second day one if the finger bits split so making it less effective.

Ich habe mir diesen Finger- am Handtrainer für meinen behinderten Bruder gekauft, der Autist ist, um seine Hand und seine Finger zu kräftigen und sein Hände zittern ein wenig zurückzudrängen. Er liegt sehr gut in der Hand und ist sehr weich sowie angenehm und hat ein sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Er hat eine schöne gelbe Farbe und man kann viele tolle Finger- und Handübungen mit ihm vollführen. Ich jedenfalls bin sehr zufrieden mit ihm und kann nur weiterempfehlen.
