Bought for the lid
I bought a house with a floor outlet, but the lid was missing. I bought this just for the lid. It worked perfectly, but I wish I could have just bought the lid.

Great Fit
Looked a long time to find one that fit our floor. The old insert was installed at an angle and made finding one to fit difficult.

Great Floor Outlet Cover
It was straight forward to install it. I did not had to replace existing floor box. Just installed it right to existing one and added two screws just to secure it better.
