I’ve struggled so much with clenching my jaw in my sleep so my boyfriend ordered me this hoping it would help & i felt a difference literally the first night i tried it on, i don’t have anymore jaw pain & it’s so comfortable & easy to use.

I have been using the Neomen mouth guard for about 30 days now and they're fantastic. The first time I used them and went through the fitting instructions (which are super easy to follow) I made the mistake of biting down too hard on the mould, which caused the mouth guard to have little holes where my teeth met - which defeated the purpose if it acting as a teeth grinding buffer. I also made the mistake of not trimming down the height a little before fitting it - resulting in excess rubber up around my gums.But the second time I went through the fitting process - with a new mould - I: 1. trimmed the height down a little in strategic places and 2. I made sure not to bite down just hard enough to make a good impression for fit, but not hard enough to bite through all the way. And the resulting mouth guard mould was fantastic. It's so awesome that they give you multiple moulds in each box.I'm an adult male and using this mouth guard to reduce tooth stress and grinding when I sleep and my dentist recommended I use the mould on the bottom row of teeth and not the top. I also found that the smaller of the two sizes supplied worked the best - offering the protection I needed - but without too much bulk in my mouth and extra material around my gums. It made my mouth feel less full and was less noticeable that I even had anything in my mouth - resulting in easy sleeping, too.I highly recommend these mouth guards. They are easy to fit, come in multi-packs and multi-sizes and are an incredible value for the money.

The small sizes are not great for teeth grinding, but the large ones are perfect.If you're buying this to stop grinding your teeth I would recommend finding a pack with only large (top teeth) sizes.

Prepare yourself and do not read this while eating. Everything seemed simple, here’s the box with mouth guards wrapped up in plastic and a blue storage container. The directions said there were two different sizes and I compared the two in the box over and over but they looked the same. I randomly chose one and proceeded with the instructions. Twenty seconds here, three second there, so on and so forth. I tried multiple times to fit the mouth guard properly so attempted it with the other mouth guard that looked similar in size. No dice, did not fit at all. So I started collecting everything to toss it in the trash and picked up the blue storage case.Something rattled inside…I looked at the box and saw there were supposed to be a total of four mouth guards. Of course! The other two must be in the storage case!I opened the case up and for a moment thought, “Why does this….. have….. TEETH IMPRESSIONS?”Yup, you figured it out already haven’t you?So after a moment of freaking out I sterilized my hands, the countertop and just about everything else. Mind you I never put the USED mouth guard in my mouth and only had failed attempts with the sealed ones.So the theory I came up with is someone ordered it, fitted the guard to their teeth, then did it again with the other one feeling satisfied and processed a return to Amazon.Amazon of course put the thing right back on the shelf in the warehouse without inspecting it and it sat waiting to go to a new home.Lovely, isn’t it?By the way, how cheap do you have to be to do something like this? Do you also steal toilet paper from the Taco Bell bathroom? Or maybe you refuse your coffee filters? Regardless I think the mystery Amazon customer should seriously reflect on their life choices and wonder if being this cheap is paying off in the long run.TL;DR Used mouth guard found inside box because people are cheap and Amazon employees can’t be bothered with ensuring returns aren’t used.

They are ok but don't really fit well. Better than nothing but wouldn't recommend

Very comfortable, not too big, and transparent. The molding was very easy and set perfectly on the first attempt. Case for when not in use is aerated and sanitary.

I clench my teeth at night and started having lots of issues with all my teeth including cracking a tooth and needing to get it pulled. My dentist and doctor recommended that I get a custom night guard from the dentist which would cost $600-$800 but I decided to try these first.So far so good! It seems to be helping me and my teeth problems seem to get better. I definitely recommend these.This pack comes with 4 pieces and 2 different sizes. The small ones are a bit too small and it doesn't cover all my teeth. The big one seemed too big and made me gag (although they say you can cut the big one). I have been using the smaller one for now as it seems to do the job and I was lazy to redo the fitting process with the larger one :)

I have never needed a mouth guard before so this was my fisrt one and I dont have anything to compare it to. That said it took me a few tries to get the method right. Thankfully it comes with 4 and wasnt so exspensive so I didnt feel bad about messing it up until I got one that fits well. Its only been a few nights but I can already feel the diffrence and the guard doesnt bother me once Im asleep. I will definetly buy these again.Some tips I learned from my mishaps. Make sure the hot water temps right. Use a slotted spoon, not tongs. Dont let it touch the edges of the pot. Quick dip in the ice water, dont count seconds. Lastly use your fingers and tounge to really press it into your teeth.

My dentist said that I needed a night guard, then offered to have a custom one made for me for just under $700! That was way out of my budget. So she said that I could probably find one online for less until I could buy one from her. Well she was right. The Neomen Dental Guards work great. They're easy to use, comfortable, and so much more affordable. Delivery was quick too. I've seen other reviews about them that say they are too big. I thought that too at first since because they come with two sizes. I used the l large ones and yes, they were too big. So I tried the smaller ones and they fit perfect.

The media could not be loaded. Smell is extremely bad and quality is poor. Extremely poor product.

The product was super easy to use and make a perfect mould of my teeth. Got it right the first time by simply following the instructions and it worked exactly how I expected. The softening/hardening process happens fast and so no worrying about the mould not fitting after the fact either.Nights so far have been free of grinding, it's comfortable and easy to take care of. The only thing is just follow the directions and you shouldn't go wrong. I used to have one made by my dentist but honestly it was uncomfortable, was hard plastic against my bottom teeth and broke when I dropped it. I replaced it with this and so far have zero issues with it and find it more comfortable than the professional one I had made.The one thing that I see posted on Amazon but isn't listed in the documentation or on the actual box is that it has whitening capabilities. As far as I can tell it does not so if you are looking for it to do that I don't believe that information is correct. Thankfully I wasn't so this was perfect.
