Trend Extra Length Guide Bush, 30mm x 10mm Spigot for Precise Jig and Template Routing, Compatible with Trend T-Series Routers, GB30/A

I bought this to do a kitchen worktop. (I bought a new Erbauer ER2100 router too as my old one doesn't take half inch collets.) A 30mm spigot came with the router but it was rather shallow, so I bought this 10mm deeper one to use. When I went to use it I found the two mounting holes have very deep countersunk recesses, to the effect that the 5mm countersunk screws don't tighten it to my router base, ie, it wobbles about, so useless. My router takes 5mm screws, I tried 6mm screws in this spigot, they sit a bit better in the recess, so it may work if I could get 5mm screws with 6mm sized countersunk heads!LOL!

Product is used to guide a router in a jig to shape wood, for what it is its expensive other makes are sold but your lucky to get one because they are cheaper and are sold first. If your router is not a trend then you will also need trend adjustable baseplate

As it is for Trend routers, you need a Trend universal base (not recommended) or make your own.

Well made and works perfectly.

Fitted my Trend T4 EK router fine.

Works perfectly well, time will tell if it will break i to 2 bits like ive had happen to some guide bushes

This extra deep guide bush worded very well with the Trend Varijig the extra length mode following the profile so much easer

Very overpriced for a few cents of steelRip off
