Vikingstrength New 24 Levels Workout Mask for Running Biking MMA Endurance with Adjustable Resistance, High Altitude Elevation Mask for Air Resistance Training

Ok my glasses are crooked because I fell, but I want to show how well this fits. If it didn't fit perfectly my glasses would have been all fogged up. This is the first product I've ever worn of my face that didn't fog up my glasses. I've been wearing this while I ride my bike to and from work. It stays in place and does it's job. It's super easy to use, and actually very comfortable.

I’ve purpose several training mask to compare and out of the 3 I have, this is my least favorite even though it looks sleek. Problem I had with it is that the valves is too close to your mouth. There were times my breathing did increase due to intensity workout and I naturally required more air, when taking deeper breathes, the mask would touch my lips. I don’t have this issue with other training mask no matter how hard I breathe. Even if I don’t take deep breathes, it still is too close for comfort. Also it tends to slip often if your an excessive sweater. Does it do what you need to do, regulate oxygen flow, yes, absolutely. Is it the best design, no, not really.

This mask is a great addition to my daily workout routines. I use it when I do the following. Running, CrossFit, rowing, and HIIT.After using it for about a week, I noticed the mask jumped around on my face a bit. Only while doing a jumping motion. It seemed as though I couldn’t get it to fit right enough. I tried multiple ways to adjust the straps, but the same thing continued.So, I reached out to the company and instantly a gentleman by the name of Erik helped me out. Within the day, he fully reimbursed me to total cost of the mask and sent out another one with no extra charge. He was disappointed that the mask was not fitting correctly and wanted to make sure I had a mask that properly fit and was functional. After I gave him my address, the new mask was on my doorstep the next morning. This has to be the best customer service I’ve ever received. You can tell that the people of Vikingstrength really stand behind their product and want their customers to be happy.The new mask has a much better fit. It’s a little snugger and stays in place while I put it through the test of everything I was doing with the first mask. Even though it’s tighter, it is not uncomfortable.About the mask, great fit. Very light weight. Easy to use and clean. The resisters are also easily changeable. The 24 levels are no joke. I’m currently using it without the resisters so I can gradually increase the flow if air. I started with just one in and I was struggling to keep my breath. I’m not sure if I’ll ever use the highest setting, but for now I’m super happy with the first 8 levels. I’ll give it a couple of months and I’ll probably try and step it up.In short, if you’re looking for some way to intensify your workouts, this mask is a great addition.I’ll try and follow up in a few months to see if it has increased my breathing stamina without wearing the mask.

If you’re an long distance runner, This mask will give you challenge honestly really helps you Control your breathing . I love this mask . I put on every time when I go jogging around block , park and beach

Ok, so, this mask is AMAZING! It adds a whole new level to my workouts!It is very comfortable, easy to clean, and made out of great material.I will say, that this mask is rough for a beginner. I have had to bounce back into shape after some surgeries and I'm on the lowest settings! But, I am gradually increasing the difficulty, so its definitely working!Hand down awesome product!---ONLY---- downfall (being a petite female) is the sizing of the straps. I have to wear it as tight and it'll go and having a smidge of space left (depending on my hair that day).Again great product and very happy customer!

The package appeared to be cut with a sharp object at the bottom. I'm not sure if I received everything that comes with the mask.They made it right and sent me another mask right away. I used it this week, it definitely makes you feel as if you are in a high altitude environment. So far, so good!

I am writing a very positive review and highly recommend this product! It is very light weight, feels surprisingly pleasant to wear - it does not change or have any unpleasant qualities, allowing me to focus on the physical training - is easy to start using even if you, like me, are new to altitude mask trainings! Great customer service, great and consistent delivery, affordable and easy to use.This is my first altitude training mask. I became fascinated by the science of training with reduced oxygen after an Olympic gymnast whose journey I follow overcame her injuries (foot surgery) using this type of mask while running her routines at the gym.Interestingly, I have not used this mask outdoors or for running (as is more common). Instead, I use it for 90-minute heated yoga classes. The cardiovascular effect is amazing! I can feel my heart and lungs working so much harder and getting extra cardio load. This Viking mask is so comfortable that even sweating and working in a heated room (105 degrees Fahrenheit or more) it feels comfortable. It’s super light weight and fits right in even the smallest gym bag.On this model their four instantly-adjustable levels (I.e., I can use two symmetric knobs on the front of my mask to regulate exactly how much air the mask lets in) means I can keep going with my exertion without interruption to remove the mask. I can keep moving even if I must adjust the level down a notch. This makes the mask less intimidating and very easy to jump into training right from day one!Overall, this mask is a great value and I’m so happy I chose Vikingstrength brand! I highly recommend looking into this type of training and trying it for yourself, this mask is your tool to get the benefits!

Sent me a used one without a box .The mask smelled bad since it was used .

Tal y como se anuncia, pero no trae instrucciones de uso o entrenamientos, no trae contraindicaciones o riesgos, no advertencias, muy simple ...le falta y se le sale el aire por un lado (no sella a menos que la super aprietes) y se te regresa el aire hacia un ojo

Völlig unbrauchbar - Bei mir scheint der Filtereinzug defekt zu sein und ich bekomme komplett Luft. Als ich eine Retouranfrage gestartet habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich nur 20 € statt der eigentlichen 38€ erstattet bekomme. Eine Frechheit!

it is an excellent training mask, for running a 5k jogging. The mask is well designed and the degrees of air are variable. start with level 1!
