I have purchased other products for post prostate cancer care. I have even purchased this type of a Vacuum device and was totally disappointed in each and every one of them until now The SomaTherapy device is different and it shows. This device works for rehab and for those special nights. The quality is excellent and I personally enjoy both the hand pump as well as the electric model. The only "Con" I might mention here is that the electric version requires a 9 volt battery. Augusta included one with my kit but this would not be an issue if they upgraded to a USB charging system. I contacted Augusta Medical Products by phone today to order some additional accessories that I cannot find on Amazon and received Wonderful customer support from Patrick. He answered my questions and was not only friendly but very knowledgeable. While I'm sure this product will last I'll report back here in time how it holds up in the long run.

My urologist suggested my getting this and wrote me a prescription. My endocrinologist wanted me to get this while she worked on increasing my testosterone level while not increasing my red blood cell count. I was really disappointed. The manual system was really flimsy. The handle felt like it was gonna break and it was difficult to pump enough vacuum. Battery powered system did work better but it felt a little odd in my hand, not a big deal. To load the rings on the tube with the cone was again ridiculous, the rings would would not fit on the cone at all. I could not get the range to hold my erection well at all.
