I'm unable to take prescribed statins due to awful side effects. I read up on this and decided to give it a try. I started this at the beginning of May 2025. My cholesterol has been 8.9 for months, today I got my new results and my cholesterol is 6.4. I'm very happy with this as I've had no side effects that a higher dose statin give. Whilst it may not work for everyone it seems to have worked for me .

Great product, really helped

I haven't measured my cholesterol before and after but I believe these are strong effective pills. I believe this because if I take 3 tablets the next day I have sore muscles all over, feel weak and fatigued, with tingling in my fingers and brain fog, which I soon learned are all sides effects reported from statins. It's also possible to feel flushing (hot/red face) from the B3/Nicotinamide, unlike the previous tablets which had no B3. I will reduce dose to the recommended 1 tablet and hopefully avoid the side effects.

Been using this for a couple of years now and it brought down and kept my cholesterol to a healthy levels. Worked for me and my mother who stopped taking Atorvastatin. Not much more to say other than it works.

I bought this product some time ago - 540 tablets - so well over a year ago, my blood tests when first diagnosed showed cholesterol levels over 7 had blood tests done again twice each time my cholesterol levels were going down, I am now at levels 3 significant reducement, please do your research as I did and would highly recommend this product please if you are considering buying go ahead and do so as it is also great value for money I am happy taking questions

The UK yet again is tied to EU regulations - this time with the limiting Monacolin K to 2.9mg. There are still Red Yeast Rice products containing 10mg of Monacolin K, but research suggests - and proves - that 3gm daily over twelve weeks reduces cholesterol by up to 20%. 500+ tablets for £20 is excellent value.

Statins are derived from red rice yeast and ideally need CoQ10 to reduce the risk of side effects. These tablets are natural alternatives and come with CoQ10 included. Do they work? You'd have to take before and after blood tests for triglycerides to know the answer. And always consult a physician before self medicating on such an important matter.
