Stinks but smells like beeswax

A little goes a long way! Love that it has clean, basic ingredients. Haven’t had to deal with diaper rash yet, but will use it at any sign of redness, and it takes care of it. Have also used it on babies cheeks for dry skin.

Not sure that I like this. I’ve used a few days on my babies diaper rash and it doesn’t really seem like it’s helping at all. Smooth consistency and smells fine. But probably won’t buy again

Very few diaper rashes
We’ve used this line (with the pump lighter cream too) since our 10 month old was born. Obviously can’t say how they would have done with another brand, but we’ve had very few diaper rashes, and those are usually specific circumstances we can explain. I love that it’s clean since you apply it so often. We use regular wipes for dirty diapers, the pump cream for wet ones, and this thicker cream after maybe every other change.

Baby Bottom Perfection
I love that the ingredients are all natural. This stuff really works! If you apply frequently you can keep unpleasant and uncomfortable rashes from ever appearing in the first place. We live in Florida and the high activity mixed with high humidity makes rash management a constant battle. Since we started using this product they are a thing of the past. Keep your baby’s bottom happy and just get some.
