I bought the charmast W2008 power bank to charge my aging Surface Pro 4 (which I purchased in 2016). This required purchasing an extra cable--I went with the BETOP Surface Connect to USB-C Charging dongle which cost me about 25 bucks.I've owned a few different power banks before, from the tiny "lipstick" style USB chargers to larger ones with 20,000+ mAh batteries designed to satisfy the most power hungry devices. This one seems to be just as good as the Anker model I previously used, though the case has a weird oily, rubbery quality to the touch. It came with three cables and instructions on how to charge. The only downside is that you can't charge it at a wall outlet unless you have a wall plug adapter (sold separately, though maybe you can use one from another device like a phone or tablet) or USB outlet or PC port.The LEDs on the corner tell you if it's charging or powering another device. It's got enough power to charge my Surface Pro 4 and other devices, so I'm pretty happy with it. Essentially, this saved me from replacing my tablet computer since I can't replace the internal battery. Worth the money.

I have an HP Spectre laptop and it's powered by USB C charger and that's why I needed a battery pack or when I'm on the go and charge my laptop. This thing is great. I wanted one to help keep the family charged while camping and traveling. I sprung for this one instead of one of the little power sticks and am glad I did. It can charge multiple devices at a time and I've charged a few devices so far and haven't even had to plug in the power bank for a recharge yet. It's a bit heavy but that is similar to the ones I've seen before so I think that's the norm for these bigger banks that hold more power. I like the bag so you can keep the adapters together with the bank.

Shipping was fast and the product meets my needs. It has ample storage I can recharge my phone 3.5x or my tablet 2x. It has a readout showing the amount of remaining charge left in the battery in %. This is very helpful. Other backup batteries I have only has four digital lights leaving you guessing as to how much is remaining. It is compact and fits well with my phone. So far an excellent product.

Either the cord doesn't work, or the bank itself doesn't work. It wouldn't charge my Microsoft Surface Pro or laptop. My computer noticed the charger and said it wasn't enough power, pretty sure the regular charger is only 45W. I have the surface connect to usbc adapter for my surface. The surface charged for about 4 seconds then shutoff as it only provided 5V when at least 12v are needed.
