Having ordered this lying on the floor in my sitting room, unable to move, I'm pleased to say I am writing this review while dancing around the kitchen. Very simple piece of kit, but very effective. There's various levels of bend (pain), which is adjusted by moving the curved part back a forth and locking in place. I have only ever used the lowest setting - and that was enough for me. You really need to relax on to it and let yourself go - try almost sleeping so your muscles don't tense up. Once you nail the technique, it's something that is very beneficial and you'll notice your back is better within days.

I bought this unsure of whether it would be any good or not however, I find it really good. It’s easy to set up and figure out which setting is best for your back: it’s only plastic but os relatively sturdy and does the job. I would recommend purchasing this, especially for the price. I’ve been using it for over 2 weeks now and feel better to be stretching my back each day.

These are good for posture correction if advised by your physio, but this one does buckle abit when laying on which doesnt support your correction.

This is a very basic product, appallingly made. The plastic that needs to bend is far too stiff and brittle. It was impossible to get into position and ultimately snapped prior to first use. To make something so simple so poorly is almost an achievement in itself. Don’t waste your money.

Bought this in hope it helps but not too disappointed if it didn't. But after a little trial to test as soon as it arrived but back felt amazing when I got back up. Will definitely add this each evening.

Great for the money.... Works well on my back

After sciatica / knee pains for over 10years (and foot surgery owing to misalignment) and pain clinics refusing MRI’s and wanting to discharge me on painkillers - this little beauty seems to have started the reversal after just three sessions. Admittedly I am pushing the pain barrier with longer sessions than stated but when I’m watching tv I soon relax - third session in (last night) I felt a release/ping and today I’ve been walking around with more bounce …whilst in the gym this afternoon I’m back to squatting 120kg - feels like a doddle again (I’m nearly 56 and weigh 80kg) Obviously this is a short term review but it’s the most optimistic long term potential I’ve experienced to clearing up my trapped nerve that the NHS turned a blind eye to !

Paso bastantes horas sentado por motivos de trabajo y me dolía la espalda con bastante frecuencia. Decidí probar el producto para ver si me iba bien y estoy muy contento con el. Desde que me llegó no he fallado ningún día en los 10 minutos de estiramiento de la columna y la verdad es que no he vuelto a tener dolores de espalda. Recomiendo colocarlo sobre una esterilla de fitness en lugar de directamente sobre el suelo. Tiene tres posiciones diferentes. En la caja vienen algunos ejercicios que se pueden realizar, aunque yo lo uso únicamente para estirar. Se agradece el acolchado para la parte de la columna, un acierto!

Soulage réellement mes douleurs dorsal , je l'utilise pour une bonne assise, facile à transporter, il n'est pas encombrant... je recommande !!!!

Die drei Stufen sind mir zu wenig. Stufenlos verstellbar wird dann zwar teurer, aber dann ginge das sicher besser.
