It's a fun thing to have.
I remember my eldest brother would have one on his hat. So when the time came that I got my hat, I had to get this to go along with it. The hook is nice with some weight. The color is very shiny and looks great with a black hat like mine. Recommend plus cheaper that other colors.

I've used this brand for over twenty years and i've had hooks on all of my hats
I have been buying these eagle claw hat fish hooks for many years , normally you could find them at walmart but not all walmarts have them in stock. Over time , the golden finish will wear away to just the silver fish hook. That's to be expected over time. The hook will outlast the hat you put it on.

Husband loved this gift. Saw a young kid have it on his hat when shopping at Kohl's, he said it was his grandfathers and couldn't tell me where to find it. First one I saw on Amazon. Hubby said it's a great brand. Hook was well made, classic color and size fits well on a standard hat. Great price, plan on purchasing more hooks for future gifts for him.
