We had a ban placed on plastic shopping bags in Hawaii about a year ago. It was a sad day for me as I reused these plastic bags to pick up and dispose of trash, carry and transport items. It was just so multi functional. They were perfect to have in the car for the little pieces of rubbish that could accumulate during long car rides. They were also great to place wet clothes in after a day at the beach or the pool. The most valuable thing we used it for was for picking up our dog's poop, and putting my kids dirty diapers in them. All we need to do was tie them up it kept the smell from lingering everywhere, or fly's from getting to them...it was, and still is, a necessity for us!! (Can't use paper bags for all of the latter items. Lol.) So I finally decided to look to purchase these types bags for all my needs listed above, and more.Very satisfied. No holes at the bottom. Thick enough to pick up poop, but thin enough so that I don't feel as guilty for using a plastic bag in the first place.The cost was very reasonable, considering dog poppy bags are more expensive for less.The size of the bags are as stated. Not too big and not too small. Standard plastic size bag you would have gotten at the supermarket or take out at a food restaurant.I am very satisfied with this purchase. Since it seems that soon California will outlaw all bags such as these, I decided to stock up. I recommend these for anyone who needs to clean cat boxes, to carry objects to the car, to line small trash cans, etc. There are no holes in the bottoms of the bags! I am so glad I bought 900.

Inner box was not sealed.Comes in 15 sets of bags.Counted 7 sets which ranged from about 55 to 57 bags each.Thus the estimated final count is between 825 and 855 bags.I guess the packer was told to put in 15 sets of 60 bags to equal 900.But since each set doesn't have 60 bags each, obviously the math doesn't work out in the customer's favor......Addendum: I added more stars (from 1 to 4 but actually 3.5 due to it not really being 900-count) because of Amazon's customer service & because the bags are far better than the ones I used to get from the supermarkets (which have holes in the bottom). These bags so far have not had even one small hole in the bottoms. Good seal along the bottoms. I find this to be the best benefit of these bags. They are also pretty sturdy/thick enough, not thin. They were an overall good bargain at the time I bought them and are good quality bags.

I bought these bags to place inside the small trashcans around the house. I also use them for cleaning the cat litter box. Until now, I just used the bags from the supermarket, but they run out more often than we shop for groceries, so I finally did a search online and found these. They're just what I needed, and should last quite a while. Unlike the bags you get from stores, these aren't joined at the bottom...so no holes. Good stuff.

I'll need these when California goes bagless next year. Well, not exactly bagless, but without plastic bags. The quality of these bags seems high. No leaks that I've seen, as yet. They should do the job. I hope they don't change the law so that merely "owning" these will be a crime, but who knows.

I am a huge fan of these . we were always running out of bags and we use these for so many things , line small trash cans, put the cat litter in we clean cat litter every day ! We don't shop enough to supply our need for bags so was so happy to discover anyone could buy these. yay:)

I use these at home for trash/recycling and cat litter poo bags. Edges of bags -so far- seem sealed nicely, haven't had any leaks when putting soda cans in when they still have a little bit left in them. Haven't had any with holes. Don't use kitchen garbage bags - I use these types of bags instead and take outside daily instead of having garbage stewing in a trash bag for a few days in my kitchen. I hang them off of drawer knobs and haven't had a problem with the handles stretching/breaking. And have put a decent amount of weight in them and haven't had any split or come apart at the seams.CONS:The bags I received are hard to 'separate'. Have a bundle hanging on a nail. When trying peel a bag off the bundle, sometimes get multiple bags. Also ALL of them have been hard to open - do just wet fingers and then they open fine. (other bags I've gotten they hang and you just swipe at the front bag and it would partially open and peel off the bundle) At home it is fine but if I was using them in a store it might be an issue.OVERALL:For my use I'm pleased with these bags but if I were using them in a store I would be a bit frustrated with them not opening easily. Last thing I would want is a cashier licking his/her finger and wiping it on my bag.

Each and every bag had one side with a handle that broke with, 2-3 apples in it... Need I say rubbish, garbage, trash or any other word that describes a useless and unusable item?If you dont care about your customers produce, by all means, buy this...
