Arrived in perfect condition & packed well, very happy with this product.

The magnolia plant I received looked like a thin twig stuck in a pot, there was a very small bud on it, which looked like it was drying out. After persevering with it over the last 3 weeks - feeding and keeping in a sheltered area from wind etc, the plant is no better. This is the first time I have received a poor quality plant, not even matching the description given by the seller. Disappointing. I can't provide any sort of rating for this.

I was very disappointed when I opened the box, it was a little twig, I know they are in the dormant state and I have put in a sunny window, hopefully it will spark into life.

Small

I was expecting something a little bigger than what actually arrived, it was a very small shrub but it did come in absolutely perfect condition, no damage. I would say that initially this small shrub is better indoors at this time of year and leaves bloom in sunshine..Mine is coming along very well and I have high hopes for it but I do think that this seller should change the photo as it misleads the customer of what to expect when the product arrivees.

Arrived early, which is about the only good thing I can say about this purchase, I ordered four plants from this company (I know it’s a risk buying plants online, but I was unable to find them at any local garden centre) when they arrived all four were, in my opinion, very poor specimens, desperate for water etc. No labels so no information and not easy to work out which plant is which, and very badly packed. They were just put into a cardboard box on their sides, no individual packing of any kind just paper to pack out the box. How long they were kept like this is anyone’s guess. These plants were not ‘cheap’. Two just under £10 and two well over £10, I know I should return them but I feel sorry for the plants. However I will definitely not be recommending this supplier to anyone I know.

This is the second time I’ve tried to buy this from this seller. I got one last year in an even worse state. Tried to save it, it just died.Tried to get a refund and no luck due to timescale. This one has two dead twigs and a stem that’s holding on for dear life. Hopefully this one can be saved. Avoid buying a magnolia Susan
